The physical store was discontinued during the pandemic. you can no longer purchase products here as an IBO. all purchases are made online. Employees can make purchases at the buena park location.
side note: Kevin the warehouse manager was extremely friendly. the security Steven was also very professional. great company and great people. of course great products.

Customer service generally is below par, I find it shameful that such a big corporation doesn't have the ability of canceling and refunding on orders that haven't even been shipped and are still being processed.
