Super disappointed in this business. Won't be shopping here again. Company does not honor their work.
My son has purchased multiple sets of tires from these guys, and on the first occasion purchased an alignment with a warranty. After encountering an object in the road which damaged a wheel and a control arm on his FWD VW Golf, he purchased a second set of tires from this place mounted on brand new wheels. Once mounted on the car we determined an alignment true-up was necessary in the front, and noticed the rear axle, which also impacted the object was aligned off center and required adjustment and potentially repair. With a warrantied alignment in hand my son took his car into this shop to see what they could do. He walked out with nothing but a sorry batch of excuses.
The alignment technician couldn't get all four wheels to register to his alignment machine. For this reason he determined that he couldn't do anything at all to honor the warrantied alignment purchased previously. He informed my son that this problem is because "there is something wrong with the rear suspension." He declined to look at the car any further to make any attempt at all to adjust the rear so that his machine could properly detect the location of the wheel. (So much for their warranty). And he refused to continue to align the front wheels where not detection issue occurred. While they had this car up on the alignment rack they didn't even make an effort to investigate why the rear may be slightly off it's position to help determine what is needed to get it properly adjusted. They simply declined to look at or work on the car any further.
Their warranty, is essentially worthless as they likely won't honor it for anything more significant than a slight adjustment when you accidentally tap a curb. We are performance enthusiasts who buy a lot of tires, this place is right around the corner from my house, but I'll be sticking with more reputable shops in the future. Buyer beware.
