So I ordered a Pro Form Eliptical (12/12/2022) and all, financing of course. I check Pro Form's website, and the tracking. It shows still not out for delivery, yet, as you can dec 29th out for delivery. I got a text that 12/28 confirming delivery for 2-6pm on 12/29. We waited, and 6pm came and went, no delivery, no phone call, no text, nada!I call them today, and the operator states she has no record of a delivery yesterday and that she has for 01/03/2023. WTH? Pro Form customer service shows I was supposed to get it yesterday. The best they could do was escalate it.Anywhoo, praying I actually receive the item 01/03/2023.Not great customer service so far.

Horrible service, the company made me wait for 4 days to deliver my 3 windows that I had been waiting for 2 months. The last minute they canceled my delivery because their truck broke down. "Nothing they can do as this point" they said. Don't know when I will get my windows. Do not use this company, very shady and dishonest company. I would give them a zero star if I could. Terrible attitude and service.

WROST SERVICE EVERCalled for my missing item they ignored my question they said that's not there fault when another person called saying they got my stuff at their location these guys are idiots very unprofessional company still doing business with all these bad reviews.

Worst delivery service ever. Completely ignored Lowe's instructions and was beyond rude. Had to force him to remove the box to confirm stove was not damaged. Would not bring it into the house, would not take old stove. Drove off before we could even discuss it with Lowe's. I would not ever accept them as a delivery company again.

First they LOST my 10ft window. I had to wait for another special order from JELD-WEN while my whole construction was on hold. Second time they gave me a delivery window of 1-5 and they showed up at 8:30. UPDATE: The delivery guys were super nice. They said they asked the office to update the customers about their delay because of the traffic but they didn't. They've been working since 5am! Other customers also didn't know about the delay so, the girls at the office that are sitting behind their desks are seriously lacking some customer service skills.

EXCELLENT!! I'm not sure why everyone else seems to have issues with this company my experience was simply a breeze, they delivered and assembled my new treadmill. Good job Great American. Keep it up woohoo!

Was a worker here for almost 6 months worst communication with dispatch have me working with equipment that it terrible broken dollys and to top it off was send without helper and the day I have an emergency they decided to fire me. Also I got my vehicle crashed in the parking lots there cameras never worked never got the person who crashed me. Don’t recommend anyone who is a hard worker and dedicated to work here they don’t care about you at all. Working 15 hours shift to come back at 5am and not being able to rest because they want everything delivered. Don’t recommend this company worst

They cancelled without notice. I called to find out HSN product had been rescheduled. Missed work to be here. Tracked it, it's been there for 17 days. Spoke with Cathy. Asked for address but claimed she didn't know it then hung up after I told her ,"you work there but don't know address"

I confirmed 12-30-21 delivery of our furniture 10-2 pm window. On 12-30 I was called and told the furniture would not fit on the truck. Rescheduled for 12-31-21. Confirmed delivery for a 9-2 pm window. Less than 15 min after confirmation I got another call. My furniture had not yet arrived at the warehouse. I asked " then why couldn't they fit it on the truck?" I don't like being lied to. The woman said it was a mistake and was quite rude to me. Now I have no delivery date and no furniture in my house which I had removed 1 week prior to delivery. This company is used by Sams Club. I am extremely disappointed in both companies.

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The wait times are horrible, usually over 20 minutes. The supervisor Maria does not provide good customer service, she laughs at her clients (probably not aware she picked the phone up), does not keep to her word, doesn't check in on client issues and does the least amount possible for the client. She has all kinds of excuses about why things are not being processed but does not supply any fixes and doesn't even try to direct the clients on how to get things moving.Honestly, I would not work with company just because of the 5 times I have called here and recieved no service or help.

Worst company ever waited 2 weeks from the original date they eta delivery then schedule the appt from 4 pm to 8 pm when it's pitch dark outside . I am disabled they show up at 630 and and I asked them to unbox it in the driveway before putting in the house as I would like to inspect it their are flood lights in the drive way .the rude driver throws a piece of paper at me and says we only have 15 minutes to deliver and walk away I said what I paid for white glove delivery . Then I called the merchant I bought the furniture from and asked her to speak with the guy, he was on the phone with his boss and refused to speak with the merchant then refused to deliver the furniture long and short of it didn't deliver my furniture and drove off. I am immunocompromised I believe he got pissed when I asked them to please wear a mask totally unacceptable this company should be investigated unbelievable if furniture is not delivered this week I a, going to fault the merchant for using such an disreputable company minus 1000 stars And demand a refund .for my 6800 dollars worth of leather custom made furniture . Who used such slime to deliver quality products ?

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They missed two scheduled delivery dates without calling to update us. I had to take three full days off from work before receiving the product. I called and no one was able to help and they effectively lied to us each time letting us know "it would be there between 7-11am, but then never showing up. The second delivery they stated it would be there between 7-7pm (a 12 hour window!!!) and they failed to delivery the product. Finally it was delivered the third time. After calling to ask if there was anything they could do for all the time that had to be taken off from work, they never answered. They refuse to answer emails as well. Their website boasts a BBB accreditation but if you look them up on the BBB website you will see they are not accredited. Appears to be complete fraud and I filed a complaint with the BBB as well letting them know they are using their logo. Do not use them if you value your time.

Very unprofessional. I had a "scheduled" delivery between 2:00-6:00PM. I made myself available and waited from 2:00-8:00PM until I gave up on waiting. There was no text or call or a status update that notified me that they're not making it. Since it's after hours, I had to wait the following day to reach out to them. I had to call them to find out what's going on. I was expecting them to deliver it the following day first thing in the morning, but no. I have to reschedule again and go with whatever is convenient to them. I had to wait another 3 days after when I'm supposed to receive my equipment. Contract a different shipping company please, not this one. Specially if you are shipping expensive equipments. Your customer deserves a way better service than this.
