I finally found an account manager of which for the first time in 5 years I will write a positive review. Mr. Robert really showed his good side. With the depositing and withdrawal of funds, in general, there are no problems, everything comes on time, and of course, webinars which are conducted very often for beginners, traders and if you want to recover your lost funds I recommend Mr. Jackson Robert. Movers showed up on time, delivered per agreed schedule, broke nothing and (as near as we can tell) lost nothing. Moving and third-party teams at both ends were polite and considerate, worked hard and seemed to know their business. Can't do better than that!

If there were more stars, I would have given them. J. Houston and his team were nothing short of AMAZING. Anyone who says that relocation is "easy" is down playing the process. We relocated our entire life for the 3rd time following careers. Jeremy, Joe and the team(s) that they utilized were so helpful. They instituted the reassurances to put us at as much ease as one can have when every one of your possessions is being handled and guaranteeing their work. Houston packed the same as his team to showcase his hands on approach and integrity in all that they do. The whole team was professional, communicative and just plain enjoyable to be around. They were experts in their fields and walked us through the "what to expect next" items. There were exactly ZERO surprises from them and I would not enlist a different moving company in the future. I don't care if I am just moving across town (they do much more long haul stuff), I will utilize them again for that because you just cannot put a price on peace of mind and that is EXACLTY what you get with them. Jeremy, thank you! It doesn't quite say it all but it is the best I can do until we meet again!

worst experience moving ever. I have moved 8 times with professional movers and this is the worst. First our delivery was delayed 4 weeks and then we only received part of our shipment. they lost hardware for my son's crib and then fought us for paying for a new one. they changed trucks and lost multiple items. they denied claims on missing and broken items and did not pay out. not sure they are still in business but I would advise avoiding them at all costs. this was a corporate move so I did not have a choice in the moving company.

I literally cannot imagine a better mover. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and went way and above the call of duty. The overall process was fairly simple to get a quote. I took a video and pictures of all of the rooms in our condo, and in 2 additional storage units. Then Alexander's came back with a quote for the weight that I accepted. From there, everything was all set up and I had to even change our destination a couple times but Alexander's just updated the route no problem. The week of the move, Jeremey (who is the most amazing moving professional I have ever met) contacted me to put me at ease about the move, finalize some logistics about where they were parking, and confirm the move date. They arrived early and got to work right on time and moved 3 destinations worth of stuff within 4 hours. I honestly have no idea how they were able to move that fast. Josh and the rest of the team were also complete professionals. They worked with us on a changing delivery date on when we could move into our new apartment, and never once let us in on the complicated nature of all the other moves and logistics they had to take care of that day/weekend/etc.. Just another day in the office for them. When they moved us in, we had a very complicated setup and a smaller apartment, and had to tetris in a bunch of furniture into a couple storage units that were rather small, and literally, whatever we told them needed to go into storage, just fit somehow. They made sure it worked. It was complete magic if you saw what they fit into the space. Nothing was broken from the move and we have a lot of fine glassware that has broken in the past from me pressing too hard on the edges. And on top of everything, they even remembered where a lot of the furniture would go from our old apartment and worked with us to place it with that context in mind. You can tell they really cared and paid attention despite how many other moves they have to deal with on a regular basis. The guys were also just so kind and nice and supportive to us in a stressful process. Of course you want to get all your stuff there unbroken and in a timely fashion, but I can't speak enough to the professionalism and how enjoyable they were to be around. If I can help it, I would never move with anyone besides Jeremy, Josh, and their team. Trust me when I say the money is worth the cost with Alexander's. The amount they took care of for us was truly unbelievable. Highly highly recommend.

I hired Alexander's Mobility Services for an office move in August. The team was friendly, but the quote was about $4,000 more than several other competitor bids. I had to use them bc they had the level of insurance that my building required and I was in a pinch. They evaluated all of our furniture and made it clear that they understood how to disassemble and reassemble our desks and furniture, and added fees for a team of "installers". In our new space, they mismatched all of the pieces to our 40+ desks and simply placed desk and table tops on top of the legs to make it appear like it was all reassembled. They placed power cords under the desks to make it look like they reassembled the power. They lost furniture and equipment and several of our tables were bent at the legs or broken. The entire time it felt like I was trying to keep them on site to finish the job, even though they assured me they were charging a flat fee and hourly wouldn't matter. Overall the job was sloppy and rushed even though we discussed the issues up front that we knew would create potential challenges and we factored all of that into the bid. We had to pay thousands of dollars for the furniture company to return and reassemble all of our desks that we paid Alexander's to set up. If you use them, please evaluate the work as close as possible and hold them accountable to the line items in the bid - have multiple people on site to review the work. I submitted a complaint detailing all of the above to our contact who offered zero remediation for the poor quality so it's important that future customers are aware of this.

They threw out some office furniture and promised to replace it. They lied as they never intended on fulfilling that promise. They also told us they could move some other office furniture to another location. The first time they didn't show up. The second tone they didn't have enough oriole and said it was too much trouble as they would have to move the roof off the elevator. We hired another company that showed up on time and move the furniture without touching the roof of the elevator. Don't hire this company.

Alexander's/ Atlas packed and moved our belongings from St. Paul to Arizona. When belongings arrived many items were DESTROYED,! Marble slab, which we paid extra to have crated was broken in half. Glass headboard smashed to smithereens. Artwork broken in 20 pieces and our dining table, part of a 3 piece set, had to huge forklift holes in it! The dealing with their claims department was a brutal experience taking years off my life. Run away from Alexander's/Atlas!

Next time we will cell all our stuff and repurchase everything. That would be much cheaper for sure. Horrible experience. Costly. The company asked us for extra money two weeks before everything is delivered. Not worth it. If we had known, we would've never used their service.

I want to preface that i totally understand the post covid world, including supply and demand with all services - including moving. I also understand that there seems to be a mass exodus from California - driving up the demand with limited supply. All of that is perfectly understandable and was made crystal clear when I reached out to this company. Where my frustrations come in is that I had signed a contract for the amount of the move and received a confirmation email detailing the move. This confirmation email detailed when the pick up would be, address, and drop off location. I had spent hours on the phone prior to that confirmation working with the representative on my location (lake arrowhead) - which can seem on a map to be quite remote, but I assure you we have major supermarkets up here and 18 wheelers make it here daily to stock the grocery stores- so we're not remote in the least. Out of the blue, 6 days after I got the confirmation email, an email comes stating they have denied my move (remember - I had already received a confirmation email that the move would happen) due to my "remote" location. When I called, the stories became more convoluted - now the rep was saying it was due to no planned moves in the foreseeable future to my area, which is rather different from the "remote" excuse I was told in the email. But ok. Me, being the problem solver I am, I offered to hire movers and load a uhaul and get my belongings to their facility in Tustin. You know, me - move my belongings to a moving company that I'm paying to move me. Ironic right? The rep said he would check. He never followed up with me. So, I followed up with him...and he said "we don't have the manpower to send to load the truck". What? I hired movers and a uhaul and literally was going to drive my belongings TO THEM. At this point I called BS on them and told him he's making up excuses. I have filed a formal complaint to the BBB and hope that if anyone is seeking services from this business they look elsewhere. These movers were above and beyond from what I expected!!! Glenn and Ron were a life saver for me! As a disabled person, they helped me more than I could have expected! All I have to say is; thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You all were AMAZING!!!

From my experience in using their services the men and women at Alexanders are the best for all types of moves. Their attention to the details and letting you know whats happening before and during your move will save you a lot of stress, and time. Time is money so if you are ready to move, and save save give the Alexanders office a call and see what these true professionals can do for you.

This is the best mover I have ever used -- and I have done a LOT of moves. I will definitely only be using Alexander's for now on! Here's why: 1) They are very careful with our belongings. They treat them as if they were there own. They meticulously protect everything from damage. 2) They really care about getting everything right. For example, when they put down furniture they actually made sure it was placed in exactly the right place. 3) They were very reasonably priced and fair. 4) They communicated very well about all the logistics. 5) They were very timely -- they arrived exactly when promised and weren't late. 6) They were very flexible with inevitable changes by us. 7) They were very nice people. Nestor and crew in particular were very professional.

I had an inter-state move and I wasn't actually present at my old home. My landlord was able to let them in and they packed up my stuff so nicely, even without my supervision. I received my stuff in reasonable time and although this was a little pricey, it was very worth it considering the care they took with my belongings. Also, my customer service rep was really helpful. At multiple points along the way, I was impressed with how easy this company made my move!
