Carlos the owner of Advance Digital Copiers is a friendly and responsive individual when he wants to sell you a copier. When it comes to honoring the contract and supporting the products he sells, it is a different story. I purchased a Canon Imagepress C750 recently and the price was fair although the delivery fee was higher than originally quoted. The shipping team was professional. His tech Jose came out and setup the machine and was friendly and knowledgeable. The machine was in good working condition when received, however, the Pre Corona Transfer Assembly was having trouble and completely disabled the machine shortly after delivery. Carlos stated in the final invoice for the order that parts would be warrantied for 90 days. He told me he'd be sending my parts weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Finally, in our agreement, he specified inclusion of the Long Sheet Adapter for the bypass tray which he has not delivered. Buyer beware: Make sure to take possession of everything before paying the full total. Ask for a portion of your invoice to be held until all items are received. I made the mistake on this and will not make it again...

I used Advance Digital Copiers because they were recommended by the company I purchased the copier from. We are a very small company and purchased a refurbished copier (lease return). You know how you hate taking your car to the dealer because they are always trying to sell you items you don't need. Well this is your worst nightmare. They don't run the error codes on the machine. They replace items that don't fix the machine. When they finally run the codes you find out all the items you replaced were never the problem. The technician stated I needed to replace the yellow drum. Turns out after I had another company service the copier to fix my original paper jam problem I was told that all the color drums are replaced at the same time. They showed me the usage and the color drums were only at 50%. It's like being told to replace your tires or brakes at 50%, but only 1 of the 4. Honestly, they are looking to rip off every consumer they can. They even told me I needed a new copier after a year. The other company said I was fine and the copier will last.
