Love this place! I enjoy dropping in to see what selection they have, whether it's clothing, jewelry or candles etc. The girls who work there are always friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give zero stars because the service here is terrible. The staff was so rude and I felt so unwelcome. As a women of color I felt so uncomfortable here. definitely not coming back

Today I had someone help me named genie or something and had the absolute worst customer service I came in last year and the experience was great. genie was disgustingly rude and now will never come back. The clothes are so cheap looking and overpriced. The style is so not in. Employees are very rude and know absolutely nothing about the store. Jewelry is cheap and breaks easily, I've had many local friends complain about the quality of zen. I'm really disappointed with a local shop being this unprofessional. I usually don't leave bad Yelp reviews, but this one deserves it.

I would be embarrassed to have employees as lazy and rude as this place. They have pretty stuff, a little bit on the higher side of price, so it’s surprising when employees stand behind the counter with their arms crossed with a pouty face and complaining about how tired they are and they hate the music. Any time I ever go in there they never greet a single person. I’ve been a retail manager for years and would expect a lot more out of my employees then this place does.

Pretty cool place! I was looking for a few Hawaiian made items as Christmas presents and glad that I came here! Minus one star since it's rather expensive ($42.00 for a simple white t shirt). Great customer service (thanks nice lady for holding onto all my stuff). I'm actually going back tomorrow to buy some lip balm from Hawaii for myself.

Very disappointed in this store. Beautiful clothing however very rude customer service. I was rushed to try on my one item by sales associates & I had not been in the store for 5 minutes. I did not hear this being told to the rest of the clientele and neither did my partner. As I walked out I had two sales associates hover around me shoulder to shoulder. Very uncomfortable experience. Coincidently I was the only Latina in the store. I felt profiled and harassed. Will not be returning.

Zen used to be the place to go, but it has turned into a cheap, teen ran shop with overly priced and poorly made clothing. I went in to purchase a gift with my two young children when four of the teens were working, blasting music that said the F word and N word every other sentence.I am local and have been coming here for years not only for myself, but for gifts as well. Today was my last day supporting this shop.

Really liked this boutique! I appreciated their diverse selection and prices as well as their non clothing items. The majority of clothes were affordable but definitely fast fashion. I did find some absolute GEMS among the rest that were more expensive but high quality. I loved their jewelry and home items as well. A great place to pick up a gift for a friends birthday or for yourself!

*update 4/2023STILL the cutest store on the Block!I adore this Flirty Beach BoutiqueOH MY GOSH! This store is everything! It's the absolute perfect Beachy blend of California Class and Sass! This is the perfect store for a Mother and Daughter! I even picked up a few Christmas Gifts!

I want to support local Business but I suggest you spend your money elsewhere. With $250 in merchandise in hand to purchase and the need to quickly try a shirt on I was told the dressing rooms were closed. There was literally a girl sitting and doing nothing in the dressing room section with little item counters to hand out like I was at Marshall's. My daughter was crushed. The store wasn't even closing for 15min. Super judgmental staff that was more concerned with getting out early than with making money. Not a local feel. This shop and tie attitude should be in a strip mall in Downtown LA and not on 41st in Santa Cruz county . I hope they close so a better, local vibe place can open. I suggest checking out rootstock next door, who are lovely humans wanting to help.
