They were recommended via my insurance app. I filled out form, listed the vehicle make model AND type.... But no response. I finally called.. guy on phone seemed surprised that there was a request. They finally sent a tow truck HOWEVER, the driver said that he could not tow my truck because it was a mid-size and his truck could only handle smaller cars

The service was awesome!I got too ambitious, and got my car stuck. He was very careful during the whole process, making sure my car didn’t sustain anymore damage. While pulling my car out, he would ask me for permission before doing certain tactics if he felt there’d be a risk in further damage. Got me out of my troubles, and did it with care.. thanks to his experience I was able to drive my car back home with no major damage. ??

Never showed up and the will lie and tell you anything to get your business. NEVER even got a call to say the truck wasn't coming as scheduled. DONT WAST YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THE LOW RATED COMPANY.Service: Long distance hauling
