Avoid going to this store if you can. People that work there couldn't care less about customers and customer experience. To return a modem takes an hour of waiting in line, and that's only if there's someone to check you in, that person is not really around. I wasted 20 minutes thinking Im in line, only to be told that I was never checked in, and had to "go to the back of the line". I gave up and left. 5 agents are working there, and not one of them felt inclined to greet me or just tell me what I need to do when I walked in. These people don't give a damn

Absolute garbage service. Poor connection speed. They will also charge $40 to come to your house and put your router in a horrible spot.

The people in the store are cool. They try to help, but there's not much they can do. I'm paying for two cameras and neither of them work. I keep paying for it though because it's easier to just pay for it than it is to try to get it fixed. I've tried multiple times to get this issue resolved and all it does is take up my time. Nothing ever gets fixed nor do they stop charging me. They literally have me so defeated that I just give them my money for a service I'm not even getting. On top of that, they were supposed to give me a streaming box with my service, and it never showed up. I tried to resolve that, too, and nothing happened. It still hasn't shown up months later, but I keep paying for it because it is literally easier just to pay for it then to take time off of work to go try to sort it out. I always recommend that people go with a different company. When I have time I will switch to a different provider. Screw these guys. They're terrible.

Full service store, friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of samples to view and hold in store. Currently remodeling entire store, but still open. Highly recommend.

It was Excellent, Senya my customer service rep is a 10 for professionalism, knowledge and kindness. She was awesome. I went in thinking I'd be waiting forever but within 10 minutes I was being helped. Senya was very understanding and patient in explaining all the different programming choices I had, she answered all my questions. I felt really satisfied afterwards. Senya made it a happy experience. She was excellent representative.

Best 5 star service. Thank you Bence. My Mom has beginning stages of dementia, totally confused, and could not remember what she was there for. After a 1 hour appointment with Bence, he was able to sift through the confusion, and solve her difficulties. Thank you Bence for the phone call, letting me know problem was solved and she was on her way home. It's a rare individual in today's business that goes beyond the 9-5 job and actually cares about their customers. Our family thanks you.

I went into this store this afternoon I had a problem with my bill the gentleman who helped me unfortunately I did not catch his name very smart very informative helps me figure out my problem with my bill set me on my way in approximately 25 minutes! So thankful the store is nearby my neighborhood.

Steller customer support and service from Bence. Month back, came into River St store not knowing what I wanted or needed. Bence walked me through my needed services first, then showed me my needed services plus the wanted ones. Came in other night 9 minutes before they closed. Was greeted by Bence. Guy remembered everything. No pressure to hurry me through or to tell me to come back during opening hours. Gotta say this guy know how to value his customers. I bought it all. Thanks Bence, my family's going to have a great Christmas because of you!

Not very friendly people working there after being costumer for over 40 years I have to cut the cables with Comcast every month they raise my bill but don't get nothing in return but paying for the channels I am not even watching like sport chanel yes they.fomt provide any discount for seniors all together not good company to deal with and now I had 800 mega bites they change it on there own to 400 mega bites and charged me 100 dollars mines my 30 dollars discount fro government so now my Internet is slower and have problem when walking and listening the music I know for sure you will lose more people at list people I know they're also feed up how much the bills come to there house and they are all seniors so they say It's time for change the Comcast for someone else

Not only poor service, but NO service! We went into the Santa Cruz store and signed up for Xfinity TV service, with an appointment to have it installed by a technician. When no one showed up to install it at the appointed time, I called Xfinity and was told that NO appointment had ever been made by the salesperson. However they’ve already sent me a confirmation email telling me how much I will be paying for what I DON’T have!!
