“Had a 2 inch screw in the middle of of the tire, no where near the side wall. Took it to Big O and they told me it wasn't repairable and I would need to replace all 4 tires at $1100. So told Big O to put my spare tire on as if I couldn't get it repaired else where I'd have to live with a spare until I could afford new tires.
Took it to Gondez and less then 30 minutes and $30 dollars later they had repaired it and mounted it back on my car. When I do get new tires I'll order them and bring them in for them to mount them. Another customer complained about spending $160 for mounting 4 tires. That's very reasonable to mount tires, we aren't in the year 2010 anymore. Also maybe if you have a specialty car like a Tesla go somewhere else, but for a basic 2019 Civic they are hard workers and you can tell are working just to survive themselves. We should all support our local mom and pop shops more then these big ultra mega corporations.”
