I had a problem the other day I sent my sister to pick up my medications because it turns out that they were not ready as soon as they told me that if they were, I could talk on the phone and the girl Brenda, certainly very noble, is always very helpful and she always helps me and helps me. He commented that he needed a new prescription from the doctor. Well, I was upset because a girl told me and confirmed that my medication was going to be there. Brenda quickly spoke to my doctor's office so that the doctor authorized it quickly because it turned out that because of Brenda's help I was able to have my medication, she is one of the best employees.

The staff at Westside have been such a pleasant experience after dealing with Rite Aid and CVS for the past several years. They have always gone beyond the call to deliver our prescriptions on time, every time. The store is adorable with special well displayed retail items.

Tuve un problema el otro dia mande a mi hermana para pasar a reocjer mi medicamentos pues resulta que no estavan listas encuanto me avian dicho q si estavan hable por telephono y la muchacha Brenda por sierto bien noble siempre es muy agents eya siempre me ayuda y me comento que occupava una nueva receta del doctor. Pues yo estava molesto porque me via dicho una muchacha y me confirmo que iva estar mi medicamento. Rapidamente Brenda hablo a la officina de mi doctor para que El doctor autorizada rapidamente pues resulto que por la ayuda de Brenda pude tener mi medicamento es una de las mejores empleadas.

They carry the medication my father needs and they deliver. My father doesn't like dealing with them, the are rude dismissive and my dad has me deal with them because he says they treat him as if he's demented. They don't always deliver when they say they will. They are condescending dealing with my wife and myself. When I've had to drive from San Jose to deal with them i found the pharmacy and staff disorganized and confused and confusing. i suggest counting your pills before you leave the store, to make sure you are getting the right count. Considering changing to CVS, even if i have to drive over the hill to pick up my father's medications just not to have to deal with them and their attitudes and confusion. After five years I've about had it and they are going down hill. You'll see from other reviews other clients are dealing with same issues.

Judy was so friendly and helpful. We needed to rent a wheelchair last minute and it was very easy and extremely reasonably priced. If you’re looking for wheelchair rental I would highly recommend. The inside of the store is also very clean and has lots of stuff you would expect to find in a pharmacy.

Hard to beat -- especially for fitting walking boot, other aids to mobility & safety. Have not used for Rx.

This pharmacy is a SCAM! They claimed my "insurance wouldn't go through" and forced me to pay full cash price for prescriptions that I urgently needed...that has never happened to me before at any other pharmacy. Ugh I'm so mad I wish I could give this place -5 stars

Slow and often take an extra day or two to get the Rx filled. Sometimes they involve themselves acting like doctors and don't follow what the doctor's ordered. Plus they are closed on Saturday afternoon and all of Sunday. Also it's hard to get in and out of there because of Mission street traffic.

The pharmacy is pretty but the store its self is pretty awesome. I was told it was ready they just need my insurance cards, so I drove down there, and gave them my cards n then they tell me that it's not available. Three stars are for the store. The pharmacy would get nothing.
