Wells Fargo is okay, and this branch was about on par with that. The staff were polite and friendly in handling a probate matter. However Wells Fargo's rules are a bit obtuse, and even the staff at the branch knew that. They didn't like dealing with Wells estate services at the administrative level either. But after 2 hour phone call all was said and done. I did distribution and all was settled for the estate within a few months.

I tried to open a new bank account for my small business today. The teller told me I had to do online or use the mobile app to do that. I tried going through the extremely complicated "self-service" process and ran into issues. I went back inside the branch and asked if I could just schedule an appointment with a banker. The "manager" told me that he would not do that and told me I needed to use the app to schedule an appointment. From an identity theft standpoint, it seems very concerning how Wells Fargo encourages or in this case requires customers to open bank accounts online rather than in person. In short the "manager" told me he would not help me and turned away my business. I then drove two blocks down the road to Bank Of America and opened a small business bank account with them instead. Congrats Wells Fargo on your loss of business. PS - I hope the District Manager reads this so this loss of business is reflected in the "manager's" performance review. Thanks Bank Of America for your fantastic customer service and care.

All of the bankers were helpful. Alwa was friendly, calm and knowledgeable. Other tellers and Anthony was very friendly.

1st time here and I must say it will be my lastThe staff have no personality.Long lines and absolutely the bare minimum accessibility for disabled.Ashley my teller (who was most likely new) had no clue whether or not there was a charge to cash s check (if not a client) even though the person who wrote it has an accountMany training deficienciesSo glad I don't have an account thereStill very dismal service not much improvement even from prior branches 40 years agoTake heed.Never stay in a place where no one see your value.A father said to his daughter "You have graduated with honors, here is a car I bought many years ago.It is a bit older now but before I give it to you, take it to the used car lot downtown and tell them you want to sell it and see how much they offer you for it.The daughter went to the used car lot, returned to her father and said, "They offered me $1,000 because they said it looks pretty worn out."The father said, now "Take it to the pawn shop." The daughter went to the pawn shop, returned to her father and said,"The pawn shop offered only $100 because it is an old car."The father asked his daughter to go to a car club now and show them the car. The daughter then took the car to the club, returned and told her father," Some people in the club offered $100,000 for it because it's a Holden Torana and it's an iconic car and sought by many collectors"Now the father said this to his daughter, "The right place values you the right way," If you are not valued, do not be angry, it means you are in the wrong place. Those who know your value are those who appreciate you. Never stay in a place where no one sees your value.

I am appalled yo read all these negative reviews. And I thought I was just being overly sensitive about the extreme poor service at this bank. Every one in here is just rude or incompetent.I just took it and got out of there as quickly as possible. Now I read other reviews and I see why I feel so uncomfortable in there. Those people just don't have a clue about how to run a service business.

Such poor customer service. I can't get them to answer the phone to respond to a basic question. Even their call center cannot get them to pick up on their local phone number or internal line. When I am in the River St Santa Cruz branch, they are only minimally helpful. The tellers are fine. The problem seems to lie with the mid-level bankers.
