Staff are good but the location is hard to access due to the lack of parking so I typically go to other USPS locations instead. On top of shipping packages they offer PO boxes, sell shipping supplies, offer free USPS boxes and do passport services.

Rude. Lady gave me attitude and laughed mockingly at me for no reason. I did not deserve that. Must've sensed I was not happy and proceeded to reach over to the screen and pressed happy face for the service feedback question like??? That actually made me laugh like is she for real? Also, do they not read the reviews? How are they not embarrassed of their attitudes and how they treat people. I'm embarrassed for them. And it seems other reviews are talking about the same lady. She is ugly in the inside and simply just needs to do better. It's not that hard to be respectful and keep your misery to yourself. It seems many people like the worker Santiago. Unfortunately, both times I was there I was serviced by the same lady, who treated me like I was stupid both times.

The service of USPS has never been good. Most of the time, the staff looked disdainful. But yesterday, when I was applying for a passport for my son, I met Santiago. I took a work photo for him without his consent. He patiently explained the form to me and helped me correct the mistakes. He has a perfect smile. He is definitely a gem of USPS.

Worse service ever.
Just came in to get some information regarding mail keys, said 2 words to the worker and she replied rude and arrogant. Even though the house is a Santa Cruz I got sent to Scotts Valley. I asked why and she replied to me super rude again, like if I was asking her for the presidents address. If they don't want people to come to theirs office they should make their phone costumer service more helpful than what it is. It's not like they are working for free.

The worst post office ever. I am expecting a package. Came home early from work to wait as it requires signature. At 1242pm i saw the mail man drop off mail. I went outside and he was already across the street. Shortly after i got a missed delivery attempt. The mail man is a liar, never attempted to deliver anything. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks. Two other packages have been stolen, i fear its the mail man himself. Manager Samantha that was covering from SV stopped responding to my emails.

My experience was horrible here. I got a Shakey older woman who was rude, unhelpful and asked me couple snotty questions. Worst post office ever, hands down. 👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered a couple of packages and today two of them are missing, the tracking says were delivered but I did not find them in front of my porch.

Was having difficulty with a last minute passport, Santiago was absolutely amazing helping me out. Super patient explaining me how to do everything since this is my first time going through this process. He helped me three times, and even cut me slack and let me walk in later in the day after I showed up the second time with the wrong documents. He may have saved my entire trip!
