I love this post office also people who work so hard especially holydays time I stop 3 times and waited for very long time each time they were swap only 2vpeople working and sometimes only one on this busy season wy those poor people don't get more help it's just not right those people behind counter are most wonderful and cheerful it's always hi and bye nice to see you and so many nice words they treat costumers so much like a family I live close to downtown post office but don't like to go there don't get same treatment actually some times very rude

Not only did they fold my MY ORIGINAL DIPLOMA in the mailbox it also had water damage. How hard is it to place it by the door under the porch??? Even if I order a new diploma it will never be the original. Whoever folded it should consider a new job since this one is clearly too difficult for you.

Every time I've gone to this location I'm greeted with a smile and a gentleman who genuinely wants to help. I wasn't sure what size box to ship flat rate and he came from around the counter, found the appropriate size, added complimentary padding and even tapped it up. At UPS, they charged me for tape. After a few visits, I did the survey on their receipts- which I never bother doing- to recognize his consistent high level of care in Im sure is a thankless job. 5 stars.

Latoya is AMAZING! I had a problem which included losing a tracking number, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. I was completely stressed by the situation because this package had nothing to do with me, my friend left her stuff at hotel and they sent to me and me to friend. The day I self-shipped, I left my card in machine, thankfully a customer turned in and I picked up after work. I also left tracking number which was not recovered until I got the amazing help! Long story short, Latoya helped, I gave my friend tracking, and now it’s on friend to figure out. Thank you!

Incredibly rude, I don't do returns here often but I had to today. I printed out my return paper and my item and set it on the counter. The staff member (rose), not only was there a delay in coming to the service desk, but decided to be incredibly rude with me telling me they don't give free boxes and tape and packaging for returns, and kept repeating herself asking me if I understand what she saying. Handed me a box which was nice of her but then dismissed me told me to come back later, giving my spot to the next customer in line. Meanwhile this is all happening in a quiet post office for everyone to hear. I understand your job may not always be the easiest but maybe have a bit more patients, even though I didn't come prepared you really shouldn't expect people to let you talk to them like that, so I just took my item of return and paper and left the business to go to another post office who might be a bit more helpful and polite.
