Zero online customer service. They don't bother to write out full names for web withdrawals so you have to call and wade through their nearly totally dysfunctional "automated phone service" in hopes that someone might be able to explain things like why "Pnp" took out $448 dollars or another mysterious company took $1498. They took over Union Bank which we loved. Boooo! Looking for another bank.

Before you decide to have this bank as yours, make sure you pull in the parking lot a couple times in the afternoon to see how miserable it is. One day last week two other cars and myself were trying to maneuver out of the parking lot which was a challenge. So today I asked the teller if possibly the security guard could park his car over in grocery outlet so that would open up another space for the customers. Since there is a total 5 parking places. She told me I am not going to ask him to park over there. She told me to park over in the grocery store because he eats his lunch in his car.Well, you know what he can still eat his lunch in his car when it's parked over there, because he's not working during his lunch anyway. Apparently the customers come last.

I have always had great experiences with the employees all US Banks. Courteous and professional and always helpful. Always go the extra mile.

The only walk in branch Santa Cruz. Sadly they closed the locations inside the Safeways on Mission and 41st... so now your other options are only Watsonville or Scott's Valley. They need more tellers then the same 2-3... they've got 6 windows. The regular tellers are nice and professional... just wish they had more folks especially when someone calls out.

Amazing service!!!! Went to another bank and got a very bad "can't help you" attitude ...went to this bank and 2 employees worked for a long time to make my transaction work for me!!!!!

I have always had a very pleasant experience at this branch. Today I went in to make a deposit. There was one woman in front of me who was giving the clerk a hard time and I could not help but over hear. I came up to the desk and Mayra Hernandez did not let the situation effect her and helped me make my deposit. She is a very good employee :)

I love the Morrissey branch of US Bank. Every single person who works there is kind, friendly and helpful. You're allowed to bring your dog inside and they always have cookies and cold drinks on a table for customers to have a refreshment while waiting in line...which I've only had to do once. Sadly though, I am giving US Bank one star and I am going to have to take my money elsewhere because of their support for the Dakota Access Pipeline. I will miss this awesome location with its excellent tellers, it is definitely the best banking experience I've had in Santa Cruz.
