My package was left by the side of the road, not even on our property but in the property of the folks who live below us!! If I hadn’t called LLBEAN to inquire I never would’ve seen it because a photo of the delivery was not conveyed to me. The packaging is the same color as the ground it was on!!! Rotten service - they’ve always delivered to our door.

Vanessa made my life so much easier. I was going through it and been having the worst time dealing with this amazon return. She took the time and went above and beyond to make sure I got to return my defective item. Thank you so much for saving someone's window :) you made my day for sure!!!

To the very rude bratty little boy who told me he would only take back one pair of shoes because I only had one QRCode from Amazon. You are WRONG! I wasted a lot of time with Amazon learning that the QRCode was for the 2 pairs of shoes I brought in. Clearly you are NOT meant to have a customer service job with that "I know better then the customer" attitude.

Expensive place to scan documents and load them onto a USB jump drive. At $0.50 per page, my 50 page document was going to cost $25 to scan to my jump drive.I opted to go down the street to the public library where it cost me $0.00.Lady working the counter at the store was very pleasant though!

I brought in some Amazon returns with shipping boxes and they charged me for packaging it up when they are not supposed to charge for taping up an Amazon return. Pretty lame.
