We have the BEST UPS delivery people that deliver to our house. Yesterday was a rainy day when the driver delivered a box to our house. He was the ultimate considerate delivery person EVER!! He put the box in a plastic bag so it would not get wet. He may have noticed it had baking flour in it. Wow!! that is above and beyond service!!! thank you UPS for hiring the right people.

I had a problem with a couple of packages not being delivered to the correct UPS Access Point. At the UPS warehouse, Eddie (on road supervisor) took the time to figure out why it was happening, get my package correctly delivered and followed up with a phone call. Outstanding service that is most appreciated.

Can not deliver as promised. Calling is useless. Their phone tree hangs up on you, cannot understand English, will not transfer you to a actual person, and repeats the same transfer loop eternally. If you are lucky enough to find yourself talking to an actual person they will put you on hold and forget about you, promise delivery that does not arrive, or tell you that you will get a call back that never comes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

UPS lost my $1,000+ delivery that was supposed to arrive to my address and my tracking information says it was delivered but i am 100% sure it was not delivered because i had a couple family members home that day and nothing was ever delivered. so what now all of my money and package i waited so long for is now just missing?!!!???

UPDATE: March 6, 2023. I spoke with management by phone just now, who listened to my concerns. She confirmed that packages moving forward will be delivered to my front door with my residence marked with additional notes to that effect. n terms of the driver (who indeed was the driver for both deliveries), he will be disciplined per their corporate policy. The supervisor also gave me a local number to call if packages are mis-delivered and they will send a driver to deliver them to my door. I give 5 stars to the UPS corporate response and 0 stars for the driver. I am upgrading to a 4 star review. ----------------------------------------The UPS driver delivering to my home, in the past week has delivered three 50+ pound boxes to the unsecured multi-use carport in my multi-unit townhome complex, in a high theft area. This has happened TWICE in the past week, forcing me to drag these very heavy boxes by myself, while recovering from a back injury, up 3 flights of stairs (and I am over 50).The point of delivery is to well... DELIVER, not force a customer to drag up heavy boxes they paid to have delivered, from an open garage, to their home in the rain the first time, in the dark the second time. I addressed this first delivery with customer service last Monday, 2/27. While the customer service rep was helpful and I did receive an email saying that this was being escalated "as soon as possible", no one has phoned or emailed me about it yet as promised. Now this inconsiderate and selfish driver, whose job it is to deliver these boxes to my residence at the FRONT DOOR, has done it again (the heavy items of course, not the light ones). What kind of delivery service is this? It is impossible to speak to anyone live on the UPS customer service line or on their website, or to leave more than a 500 word complaint (and of course without the ability to attach images). I am going into their office again on Monday to complain and will update this if they indeed rectify this (but I am not holding my breath). This driver needs to be terminated if he is unwilling to deliver packages securely to the customer's residence. Not the open shared garage under the building, the landing between flights, in front of the neighbor's car, the neighbor's door, or the bottom of the stairs. I even have UPS My Choice indicating in my profile with FRONT DOOR as my preferred delivery location. See images attached. Does this look like a front door? How hard is it to deliver a package to your residence when that is your only job?

I’ve dealt with a lot of snafus from ups, and the company I think has a few things to fix (like when a package has arrived at the processing but hasn’t been sorted yet and is just sitting in a trailer— change the verbiage so customers don’t think it’s there and ready!) BUT the people who work here are rock stars and try to help as best they can. Shout out in particular to Scott and Matt for helping me find this list package! They both deserve a big bonus for all the work they do here!

Ive had a very bad experience. I ordered a new phone and it was sent using overnight air, which I expected to imply that it would be on my doorstep the next day. It has been 5 days now with no update or package. The website says I need to update my street address but then says 'sender has restricted all address changes' when I try to do so. I called costumer service and they said it would be there the next day and that I couldn't pick it up because it was not as my local store. It did not come so I called back and was told that my package (which was sent using overnight air) would not be delivered and I would have to pick it up myself (they didn't tell me why). The store was closed on New Years day which was upsetting but reasonable so I planned to go January 2nd because the website said they were open. Lo and behold they were in fact closed but decided to leave the 'were open' sign on the door. At this point Im loosing hope that they even have my package and Im using all of my will power to not freakout. thanks for listing to my rant. $%^% UPS

We have a new house going in and the driver thought we didn't live there and we received a phone call from Greg letting us know. We appreciate that because our house is empty and so we needed to pick up the package at UPS. The customer service person there also said it's probably cuz it's a new driver and I totally appreciate that anyway and that hopefully going forward it'll all be okay.Friendly service thank you very much!
