“I had called this morning for a battery charge. Within, around 20 minutes, Larry arrived and hooked on to the car battery a small sized charger that did what it was supposed to do. He told me what I needed to do and I followed that. My insurance policy paid for the cost. Thank you ACT!”

While pulling my car out, he would ask me for permission before doing certain tactics if he felt there’d be a risk in further damage. Got me out of my troubles, and did it with care.. thanks to his experience I was able to drive my car back home with no major damage. ??”

“AAA isn't asking me if I want to leave a review so I'm coming to Yelp. Just got a flat, used AAA app to request roadside service & a driver, Jacob, responded. He got here in a timely manner, was friendly & professional & replaced my flat with the spare that I had. He checked the spare's tire pressure & put air in it, checked out my flat with a nail & gave his advice on repair versus replace, & made sure we were comfortable driving away with all questions and concerns addressed. Thanks Jacob! You the real MVP.”

“Burto was awesome. handled my car with caution and care and got it the shop with no problems. my car is slammed and not one scrape from this guy. I've had some bad experiences with drivers towing my slammed cars before but this guy is clearly a pro. his customer service exceeded my expectations by a truck length. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!!”
