Great experience here. They we're very personable and communicative throughout the repair process. Doesn't hurt that they also have an adorable pup working at the front desk! Will definitely be back for any future electric repair needs.

They were so helpful! I thought all hope was lost with my ancient Lexus with the frozen water pump. Everything looked shredded and melted.They diligently checked everything out and consulted and advised me every step of the way! The owner Tim was very involved and helpful. Looks like we'll get another 100k miles out of our fancy old Toyota!

inspection fee for possible electrical problem=$400 turns out just an alternator + another $490 i opted out paying. $900 for that job is insaneyou'd think if they have parts removed already labor would be cheaper. on another downside of inspection i was hoping to resolve wiper issue. no help there and took it elsewhere and had solved within an hour. remember coming here over a decade ago for electricalissue and it cost around $1000. checking out another spot first next time.they seemed to be good people but notthe best for helping customer get value forvisit.

Honest, fast and reliable. They restored my 71 el Camino. My Tacoma 4x4 that lives off grid is running cherry. Just a nice group of guys that do a good job.

No one but these guys could do a brake and lamp inspection for the DMV. They basically did it same day in two hours. Legit and good vibes, I'll go here every time for this inspection

Called to have my 2010 Colorado looked at because rats got into the wiring and they wouldn't even take a look. They immediately told me to take it to a dealership... I don't know what automotive electrical specialist means but I guess my trucks electrical is too complicated for them even though these truck are built like Jeep's.

I took my 2010 Civic here yesterday. I was worried that the car had a major electrical issue because the headlights were buzzing, and the brake lights were blinking on and off. In an online forum, I'd read about other owners with a similar problem who said it required resoldering work to the DRL Module. I printed out the advice from the forum and brought it in thinking it might save them time locating the solution. John who checked me in said they would make a diagnosis first because it could just be the bulbs. I said sure because they're the experts. They called me a couple of hours later and said they found that the buzzing was caused by a transformer running to modified headlights that the previous owner had installed and that the breaklight was just out. I thought this was great news until they told me the total bill was over $300. I believe if you're paying $150 an hour for labor that a relatively simple job like that should be done quickly. I credit them for finding the problem, but I felt taken advantage of in terms of what they charged me.

I like this shop very professional excellant service.i got a brake and lamp inspection.i was a few minutes late for appointment and they still got it done earlier then I was told.i would recommend them to everyone I know.
