First time I had ever been. Sandman Glass recommended them to me! I was beyond pleased with all of it! My car hadn't been to the shop other than tires and brakes since I bought it! The once over, service and communication was beyond! The work was spectacular and driving my car after was a blessing! Thank you so much for taking care of my car and me!

For the last 6 years, Luke and Garrett have kept my car running perfectly on my daily commute to Morgan Hill, with 200,00 miles on the engine. I trust them so much that I will only ever buy Toyota brand cars so I can continue to have them serviced here. 10/5 stars.

Garett's shop was incredibly thorough, knowledgable and honest in diagnosing a hard to find coolant leak on my daughter's Toyota Sequoia. Super impressed with this company and will be taking all 4 of our Toyotas here for work from now on. I do my own minor maintenance and repairs (oil changes, A/C, mechanical troubleshooting, etc.) but it's tough to find shops that you can trust when the repairs get more complicated - this is the one to trust. This morning my trunk hatch would not allow me to close the trunk. My teenage son was upset because we were trying to get out the door so he wouldn't be late to school... It was a bad morning to say the least! Well I pulled into the tiger motors parking lot just as they were opening. On the sign it has a great visual of a tiger so I thought it would be a good place to stop. Well it was! Luke came right out and fixed the latch on my trunk. Thank you so much for your kindness Luke and I will recommend you to anyone who asks!

On my first visit to Tiger Motors based upon a friend's recommendation they did a complete shock replacement and transmission work on my 4Runner. I have had Toyota vehicles for over 30 years and they are by far the most knowledgeable Toyota mechanics I have met. They knew the nuances of the specific model and year for my car. They provided timely updates on the progress of the repairs. Awesome service and I will be taking both of my Toyotas to them from now on.

If you own Toyota or Lexus, Tiger Motors is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable and give me a good advice. I would keep bringing my Lexus to Tiger Motors in the future.

Honest, kind and competent staff. Garrett has a high standard of quality and the guys he hires are also salt of the earth people like himself. Never condescending, they explain what’s going on with the issue at hand, and the best options. They also don’t take the easy way out on repairs. My boyfriend is a mechanic and was impressed with the work they did on my rusty old CRV. Best mom + pop shop in Santa Cruz!

Three thumbs up. Our 2005 Toyo Taco had some engine work done after having been referred to them by our other fabulous SC mechanic. They are honest and efficient from the quote through to followup.
