I asked a man that was working the floor for help with a frame that was hanging up on the wall. He was incredibly rude and told me, “Go ask the girls up front. That’s what they’re there for” in an angry and sarcastic tone. I do not feel welcome here.

fine store, good deals… Steve was quite rude in telling me i needed to check my bag at the front. 3 floor employees didn’t mention that when i came in and walked by them a number times.

Standards for thrift stores in the Santa Cruz area are very low compared to other communities I've lived in. Thrift Center is a good example; it's dirty, most of the merchandise is junky or barely acceptable.

I had the one of the strangest experiences in my life here, I was shopping with my wife, and my 9 year old son, and was in the water bottle/ cups areas. There was an employee there stocking shelves.. I was looking at something when she came up next to me to stock a cup or whatever, just to be polite I moved over a bit smiled and said “hello how are you doing today?” That’s when it got WEIRD!!! She looked directly at me and said “I’m not doing good now that your talking to me!” I apologized and was completely floored! I completely understand this is a thrift store and your employee pool cannot be the most reputable bunch but wow! Pay attention to your employees out there they are running off business with their craziness!

Kind of run down, but you can find gems if you dig hard. Prices are much more reasonable vs other places in the area.

This place is horrible!! Pay attention when you check out!! I’ve been coming here for over a year and I just realized that they don’t always give you the sale price on certain color tags that they advertise as 50% off so make sure you’re getting your discount I realized that they only took off $.49 yesterday when the blue tags were 50% off I paid the money didn’t realize it until I got home.THEY DIDNT GIVE ME THE FULL DISCOUNT !!! I go back this morning and the workers there tell me that I’m mistaken that the color tags yesterday were not blue but were green and orange. It was blue and orange tags 50% off . Did I really have to take a picture of their advertise sale in order to get 50% off and not be hustled by these workers at the thrift store Who are obviously stealing. A way used Armani exchange T-shirt that was marked for $26 half of which is still $13……. Yeah $13 a bit of a discount to not receive unbeknownst to me. I just figured that the people that are excepting the money and bringing you up or doing their job properly and not ripping me off . I wouldn’t of got the shirt if I knew that she wasn’t gonna give me 50% off of it because $13for a used Armani shirt that’s ridiculous anyway. So just make sure that when you go to check out that you’re very clear about what color tags are on sale and that you figure in your discount that you’re expecting to get yourself as they’re bringing you up because if you don’t they will rip you off

Went this past week and they've been doing a 50% off EVERYTHING sale on Thursdays. Quite happy with my haul. Obviously still thinking abt it to leave a review. Picked up a jacket, some leggings, and a shirt for $10.50 and spent another $14 on baby items (alphabet foam mat, Melissa and Doug puzzle, breast milk bags, shape sorter, ezpz bowl, Nike baby clothes, etc). I restrained myself saw lots of customers leaving with multiple Glad bags and I left with just one.

Great selection! Staff are nice. Easy to move around. Usually have a 50% sale going on.

We came here because we found this place on yelp. This looks like a ware house inside. There's a lot of things but I didn't find any name brand things. Prices are very reasonable here and staff is really friendly. I found a shirt for my son.overall had a good experience.

By far the best thrift store in the area! Always discounts and if you’re a student or teacher, you get 50% discounts every Tuesday! Only affordable thrift store around the area cuz goodwills seem to be like you’re buying things new and it’s become unaffordable. This place though, ACTUALLY helps people out who need it. Wonderful staff too! Highly recommend this place
