TFR did a great job on repairing my exhaust system after I bent the exhaust pipe driving my low slung Toyota Sienna mobility van too fast over a speed bump. They even came in under estimate. Would highly recommend.

My daughter went here. She said the front staff person was very nice and helpful so we were expecting things to go smoothly. Their rates were expensive but she was willing to give it a go because she was tired of dealing with the issue. It turns out they couldn't even get us a true diagnosis in the hour she left the vehicle there and we were afraid if we left it their longer we'd come out with a hole in our pocket with nothing fixed or perhaps the wrong thing fixed. If you are in a pinch and have a lot of money then I might recommend this place but if not I wouldn't trust that they can really help you.

Thank you SO MUCH to the guys at TFR Motorsports today. We had a sagging tire (totally unexpected and felt like it was going to ruin our day) on our 27' motorhome, and TFR responded with immediate, attentive, and careful service. They didn't charge us (I think should have?) for not only fixing what looks to have been a valve stem problem on the one tire but also checking and inflating (as needed) the rest of the other 5 tires. Thank you, TFR, for being a real home-town auto repair shop. We appreciate you being there.

Everybody is very helpful and ready to assist! They do not take on more than they can chew and I respect that! RAVE! TFR MOTORSPORTS in Santa Cruz. Honestly the best auto repair shop I've been to in my entire life. And I am kind of old lol. I have a 2016 Honda Civic that I baby, but I have not had anything major done since I bought it in 2019. So I needed to find a place that was reputable and fair priced. First of all, it's a pretty cool place, very neat and organized, and nicely decorated... and clean. Adam the front desk guy is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. From the very moment a Couple of weeks ago when I got a few estimates, to the completion of my car today, everything was seamless. They even worked with CarMax (where I bought the car in 2019) for a warranty issue and spoke to the company on my behalf. Another thing I noticed that was unique, was that the Front desk guy called the owner on speakerphone on multiple occasions and the owner did not know anybody else was in the room... But proceeded to speak to his employee with utmost respect. That surprised me because I'm so used to owners of companies treating their employees like crap. This is a testimony on how nice of a guy the owner is. I mean, I don't work for him so really I don't know, lol but it's just what I noticed a couple of times. It's not often you get such a great company that has quality and affordable prices all in one... The mechanics and auto repair shops have always gouged me all of my life. I had work done at the dealer for another warranty issue recently, and they gave me an estimate that was more than double what TFR motorsports charged. So naturally, I was definitely going to go to TFR. So if you want great service, great prices and just all-around nice people, go to TFR Motorsports. You'll be glad you did!
