I have had a storage unit here for over 3+ years now and it has always been a really safe and secure building, I’ve never had any run-ins with “sketchy” tenants (which has happened to me before at another facility) & it’s just really nice knowing that my belongings are being securely stored. Aside from that, the staff is and has always been SO friendly and welcoming to me and my family.. I recently ended up needing a second unit and was able to do so very easily and hassle free (thank you Frank!!) I rarely ever give 5 star reviews but this place really does deserve all 5 stars…thanks again for everything Statewide Self Storage !! We look forward to having business with you for many more years!

Unfortunately unless your vehicle is Esthetically pleasing it won't last. Time well wasted.

This review is primarily for the customer service! We had to rent a storage unit after our condo flooded during the recent storms. Frank was extremely nice and waited for me even though I came late on a Saturday after the office was supposed to be closed. He was very helpful and friendly; also knowing he lives on site makes me feel a lot safer storing my stuff here!

The Best Storage Facility anyone could ever ask for! All my belongings stay safe(unlike the place on Fair Ave. where all my stuff got stolen!). The live in managers here have been so amazing and friendly. Both the former Jeanine, and the current Frank have both made this place more like a friendly community. Instead of just a cold storage place. Frank is awesome! He makes sure that he says "Hello Sean. How are you...." each and every time he sees me. Which in this current age of technology is something often forgotten about, but is very much appreciated. I really couldn't possibly be any happier or any more satisfied with the 6 or so years renting a unit here!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Five stars. From the get go, ladies who helped me were extremely sweet, caring and understanding. I also got the feeling of two protective mama bears helping a stranger! I can't get over how refreshing they are with customer service. I immediately felt like a friend/family. A complete 180 from my last place. My heart goes out to them at this time of their loss. I shall never forget how wonderful Joanne was in helping me. May she rest in peace. Through all that, what they are going through, they're customer service is classy.

Janean is an awesome manager and keeps the property in great shape and highly secure. Very nice facility! It’s got fences and security cameras and overnight surveillance.

This is by far the best storage facility I've experienced. I've been there over two years and I've come to realize this is the safest place in Santa Cruz. The manager is always on site and I think she know every single person by name. It's obvious she loves her job as it shows by all the work that's gone into making this place look and feel more like a home . This place really does offer peace of mind. Priceless!

Affordable rentals , 24hr live on sight manger who runs a tight ship so to say, very clean and welcoming with code operating gate , very friendly staff, a great place to store your stuff where you don't have to worry about rifraf or hoodlums braking into your stuff.
