These folks were super helpful today I had a printing project, and they provided me with all the service I needed in a very timely and economical fashion... I will not hesitate to do more printing work there through them... I lost my printer in Aptos years ago, and these guys will easily fit the bill !!

Always had great service and help here when I need office supplies or furniture. Staffing is skinnier these days so usually I have to find the right person for the area that I am shopping in.

Terrible customer service. I bought a file cabinet they did not come with all the screws that were needed. Was just told there was nothing they could do. No attempt to get the part needed despite almost no customers in the store. Maybe that's why.

Shout out to the employees in the photo department! I've been in there twice in the past week and both times had very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. They put my mind at ease with finishing difficult a poster board project.

The Staples in Santa Cruz is under temporary new management and has renewed energy. I had a specific copying job to do and the young man behind the counter-Martin G. was efficient, polite, and dealt with a complicated process quickly. I was very satisfied with his work performance dealing with a lot of detail. I wish this new temporary manager well in her new responsibilities. Marion S.

I know everyone loves to diss the big box stores but this Staples is really a good stop. Brenda put aside what she was doing and helped me find the paper I needed and the lady with the blue hair working the Print area was BEYOND helpful as was the young man working with her. Good hires all. Staples!! thanks...I'll be back!! (now, where have I heard that line before??)

Always had a great experience at this store, friendly, knowledgeable staff, always willing to help, especially in these trying times we are in. Also in my experience, prices are usually same or better than the popular online sellers.

Absolute joke of a store. Staff did not respond or notice as I waited in line, and started helping someone else. No one was in the checkout counter. Then I had ordered an item online and waited for it to arrive and they tried to replace it with a cheaper quality one, even though it didn't match the picture or description online.

Absolute joke I was waiting for 30 minutes to print something staff is useless. Paid $5 to use computer for nothing. Would be faster to buy a printer and go home to use it.

Was my 1st time here and the crew that was working was the area's finest in customer service and knowledge I wish I lived closer because they were absolutely awesome You don't find customer service these days with knowledge and down to earth. First off, what an amazing store. I came in today for an office chair. Ended up leaving with one, full warranty (which actually saved me money), and assembly. Typically it takes 24-48 hours for your item(s) to be assembled. I explained that I am a student and that assembling it would save me time, however I was anxious to get it. I was able to come back within 2 hours of my purchase (completely unexpected). Nancy, who I'm assuming is the store manager, was nothing short of amazing. Her and the rest of the crew are really going the extra mile with their customer service. Seems simple, but as I was waiting in line, back to back customers had complaints about items, not wanting to listen to the warranty pitch (which trust me, no one ever wants to, but it's mandatory for them) overall putting the employees in a difficult situation. Yes I get it people, they get paid to do so. But if you ask me or anyone else who's worked in customer service, no one get paid enough to have their days ruined over minuscule things and adults who want to act like children. That being said, It's not easy to smile especially after the encounters before me. But these guys were awesome! Thanks again Nancy and Crew!

Wanted to buy in-store advertised office chair today. Omar, the sales associate, was very helpful and courteous. Did not have any in stock. Offered to order me one at sale price -- so far so good. Their computer would not bring up the chair as available, but I looked on my phone on Staples' website and found the chair, placed it in my cart, and showed it to him - but price was $20 more online. Manager would not either sell me the floor model at sale price or find a way to rebate me the $20 difference if I had to order. Manager, Jeanette, was curt and dismissive -- not willing to compromise at anything. I offered to take a gift card from the store for $20 difference and place the order at the higher price, but no, she was unwilling to be at all flexible. Told me to call corporate customer service. I will never go in this store again, but curious to know if they put the sign and chair back on the floor.
