“I am a long-standing customer of this facility. Not only is it the safest and cleanest storage unit location I’ve rented from in the area, the customer service is extraordinary. Cesar goes above and beyond for the tenants. He is readily accessible and efficient in all areas of customer service, whether it’s communication, technical support, or issues. “The manager Rom did us a huge favor to help us out. We were in town to move my daughter into her house for college and brought the wrong key by mistake. It was a Sunday and the office was closed, but we ran into the manager outside. He went out of his way to cut the lock off and get us into our unit on his day off.”

This review is specifically about Cesar, who should get five stars for helping me out after my rate was raised by $80 per month without warning. He said he would go above and beyond and take it up with a district manager to get my rate down. He took care of it within a day and props to him.
BUT
My rate was still increased by $20 at the end of the day and nowhere did it say in the contract that this would happen. The company blames The Economy ™️ for arbitrarily raising rates. Next time I’ll just have a yard sale.”

“I've had A unit here for about 2 years I think... If your lucky enough to get a unit, be greatful! The manager here is real down to earth and understanding and it's got not only the most centrally located storage units in town but also the best prices! I actually have 2 units here, one for me one for my mom and WE LOVE IT! THANKS BOB HAPPY HOLIDAYS!”
“I have had a storage unit here for over 3+ years now and it has always been a really safe and secure building, I’ve never had any run-ins with “sketchy” tenants (which has happened to me before at another facility) & it’s just really nice knowing that my belongings are being securely stored. Aside from that, the staff is and has always been SO friendly and welcoming to me and my family.. I recently ended up needing a second unit and was able to do so very easily and hassle free (thank you Frank!!) I rarely ever give 5 star reviews but this place really does deserve all 5 stars…thanks again for everything Statewide Self Storage !! We look forward to having business with you for many more years!”

“The customer service was great, quick and informative. The unit was clean and access easy. I only had it for about 2mo and when I closed my acct there it was also a quick and easy close out. There was usually 1-2 carts available to use for moving things. My unit was on the 4th floor in the back end of the building. When using the elevator, dont forget to press “close door” button for quicker service. I found out there is a long wait time for doors to close. The parking is a little iffy due to being on a hill- but it wasn’t so over busy during the day or evenings- but definitely pay attention to your cart so it doesn’t take off down the hill! My only complaint would be the amount of trash some ppl would leave. Not the companies fault but some of the customers were not considerate. It’s a small complaint comparatively to my recommendation of the place. Oh also! I didn’t know there was one bathroom available to use there! It’s on the bottom floor to the left of the bottom floor door. I didn’t find out until my last day there. I will use them again if needed! Highly recommend!”
