Very happy with my service .i called to get my iPhone fixed repair tech needed to order part called me the next morning right at opening said that I come in whenever I wanted. Fix my phone within 20 minutes extremely happy with service good price very happy with repair. I highly recommend this shop.

My phone was splitting by the seams so I went in assuming it was an expanded battery. The owner took a look to confirm that it indeed was. The repair itself was quick and the price is reasonable.

Great service! Friendly and always very helpful. They have put new batteries in both phones and iPads for me, and fixed a couple of cracked screens. Can’t recommend this business highly enough!

I needed a new phone battery. I called ahead, the vendor ordered in the battery, and then he called me when it was ready. I dropped off my phone, and was told to come back in an hour. So far, so good.
But when I returned, the phone had not been touched. The vendor told me that there were cracks in my screen, and that he wanted to upsell me a screen replacement (cost $300) before replacing the battery.
I said that the apparent cracks were in the screen protector, not in the screen. He said, "no, I'll show you". Without my permission and over my objections, peeled off my screen protector. This revealed a flawless screen, with no cracks. He said he'd give me a new screen protector.
He then said he'd replace the battery, like I originally asked. I waited there for 20 min, and he presented me with my phone. He put on a new screen protector, but not as thick as my old one, and now with added air bubbles.
By the time I got home, my phone was too hot to touch, and was displaying a temperature warning. I turned around and went back to the store. The vendor told me "sorry, I don't really know how to replace batteries in an iPhone 14", and said he would put my old battery back and refund me.
20 min later, I thankfully had my phone and old battery back. Overall I wasted 2-3 hours going back and forth. If the vendor didn't think he could fix my phone, he shouldn't have taken the job, and probably shouldn't call his business a "phone repair shack".
I'll be going elsewhere for my phone repairs from now on.

I called in to have a new battery installed in my mobile device. An appointment was scheduled. They installed the new battery while I waited. They charged what they quoted me on the phone with our initial conversation, no hidden fee. I will highly recommend this cell phone repair location to anyone looking for honest service.

I brought my iPhone 12 in after the USB port had gotten worse and worse over the last few months. I couldn't charge with a wire anymore and it was a huge pain in the butt. I had considered getting a new phone as I didn't think it was fixable. I came in while (I think it was) the owners were eating lunch. They smiled, stopped eating, and took my phone immediately. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Great experience, I highly recommend!

I don't normally spend my time reviewing places on yelp, but this place actually ruined my phone. I brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get repaired here, just a back-glass replacement, and somehow they got a bunch of black gunk on the inside of the main camera lense, and somehow broke the mic, so phone calls no longer work. Also, the back glass broke the next day, without even being dropped, I just took it off of my pocket and it had a crack starting from the camera array. They also took 3 days to do this repair. Below is a picture from the main lens showing the gunk on the inside of the camera, and another using the unblemished 2.5x to take a picture of the broken back glass.
