Megan Lyng is a realtor with the David Lyng Agency. I bought a house last summer and she was great -- patient and willing to help me find just what I was looking for. I would strongly recommend her if you need an experienced, knowledgeable person who is willing to take as much time as you need to find what you want.

Adam & Michelle are absolute rock stars at what they do in this area. My husband and I came into the home buying process "just looking".. testing the waters. They literally made our dreams come true, during Covid. Fires, unforeseen escrow struggles, life struggles and anything else you can imagine. They are not only incredible realtors they are incredible people. They helped us through more than they will ever know. If you're even considering buying a home in Santa Cruz county you MUST reach out to them. Not once did I feel like thy weren't holding our hands s every step (which my husband and I were absolutely clueless about, explaining every document in great detail, terms, etc) I can not put on one review how much they have changed our lives and given us so much to look forward to in our cottage in the trees. Thank you both, and the David Lyng team for having such amazing people supporting not only you but every single client they have.

This review is specifically about Tammi Blake, (although she was working at another agency last year when I bought my home). She's an amazing asset for David Lyng Real Estate. Tammi was incredibly kind and helpful in a search that ranged between Santa Cruz and Monterey. She was unfailingly professional, caring, patient, and generous in time and spirit. She always returned call and emails promptly. She's extremely knowledgeable about all the local areas, has cordial relationships with many other agents, and can refer excellent vendors as well. Tammi will help you find the house of your dreams, and sustain you though the search!

I cannot say enough good things about Patty Kindig- one of the best Realtors in the area as far as my husband and I are concerned. She truly knows her stuff and was not only helpful in negotiating with the Listing Agent/Sellers to get us the home of our dreams but also has been a tremendous help in hooking us up with locals for movers, contractors/laborers, restaurants.....you name it. She knows this area like the back of her hand! We were working with another Realtor and never got the sense they were on OUR side. Patty however, is always responsive, honest, professional and ALWAYS has your back! We are so happy we found her!!

Recently started working with an agent from this office who seemed capable. Was then sent an Exclusive Buyer Agency agreement, something which I had never been asked to sign before as a buyer. Ultimately the agent declined my business. My sense is that the realtor of this group may be a little arrogant, and his attitude spills over onto his agents. Doesn't seem like a good place for buyers.

There are many realtors in Santa Cruz County but Deborah Powers is a great one. If you are looking for someone who will listen to your needs and work to meet those needs, Deborah is the realtor for you. She works hard, is very experienced AND she returns phone calls! I have recommended her to several of my friends and they are as enthusiastic as I am. Do yourself a favor and get a great realtor!
