Was on a mini vacay and wanted a hoodie went in this shop to purchase a nice hoodie...the RUDE & UNfriendly clerk rung it up put the receipt on top of the folded hoodie and said "there's the receipt" NO thank you etc...POOR customer service!!!!

Decent shop with excellent quality threads. Got our “Santa Cruz” hoodies here. Moderately priced for a touristy area. Worth the checking out! Had some good sale stuff too.

Decent selection of surf style clothing in nice location. Staff is not too concerned about customer service. Cash not accepted, they will decline sale.Employees more concerned with talking with friends then assisting customers.

I bought a sweatshirt from there before I moved away and I wear it probably twice a week and it still looks like new three years later. Whoever was working there that day was nice and engaged us in conversation.
