I’m so glad that I was able to bring my mom Karen to Santa Cruz Post Acute just over a year ago for her long term care. Everyone there has be so pleasant and helpful and I truly feel she is in good hands. I would especially like to thank Rochelle and the team helping to make the transition smooth for my mom Karen. I appreciate you more than you know. I would also like to acknowledge and thank Tina who works up front. What can I say about this wonderful woman other than she has been so very helpful since we met her. She is so kind, always smiling, and always willing to answer any and all questions or concerns. She makes time for not only for my mom but all the people there. I feel blessed and comfortable knowing she is there. Thank you all again for what you do, it’s well appreciated. Matt Bento.

Post acute in Santa Cruz is so awesome, they have went up and belond anything , they are all so caring , and have you seen this place , it's so nice my 81 year old is so happy to be there , I will write me later , I just wanted to just get a thank you out to everyone a post acute , you guys are all amazing

Thnx for ur fast response I will gladly recommend it his place I had a big issue and administration responded to the Issue quickly that made me feel that they do care for there pacients and maybe hey addressed all my conserns many thnx Russ and Edna head nurse

I called to visit a friend, we wanted to take him out for a walk and they said he could not leave and then return as a patient. So how come the employees go home every day and return? And then I asked another question and the receptionist or whoever I was talking to asked “why are you asking me so many questions”? Do you know why because it seems to me they are harboring their patients. If the employees can go home and come back why can’t the patients do the same?

I have been trying to contact a friend of mine since before Thanksgiving 2020. Covid security is one thing but this is like jail. She is a permanent resident and Russ the director said they don't provide permanent residents phones even though her cell phone was lost or stolen there. She has been there since 2014, but in the last six months no contact. Also she has been there all this time for a foot wound that has not healed. Is has been reinjured many times and infected by improper care here. She has also had doctors not knowing what was exactly wrong with her but this is not their fault. Quite honestly I don't even know if she is alive.

I thought new owners, cool! Not!! The new owners are worse than the previous. All of them are very rude and never in the store. They are to be found outside playing with their old mercedes. They never say hi or thank you and have no idea how to count change back. Their gas is cheap but if your paying cash you have to deal with these bozo's. Credit or debit would be the way to go but by the looks of the way you have to run your card, I would not be surprised if your cc numbers are being monitored and shared out there. I'll go somewhere else and pay the extra for probably cleaner gas.

Hi, stopped in for gas. Saw the 2.79 cash price. I thought wow cheaper than costco. Put my card in and the pump asked for my zip code. Thought nothing about it as some gas stations ask for the zip code instead of a pin to cut down on fraud. Once I choose the grade of gas the pump showed 2.89. Odd as I hadn't had the opportunity to choose debit or credit. I decided to go in and ask the cashier what was up. He them told me that to use debit for cash price you need to come inside. Well that would be nice if that was posted outside. He just shrugged his shoulders. I said well i guess I'll have to right a yelp review. He, with animosity, said go ahead. Wow no remorse. Anyway 414 pm sept 17 2020

This is the most awful gas station I've ever been to in my life. The person inside, an old Indian man was extremely rude, unprofessional and downright nasty. He's also a cheater. First off, he was unfriendly and grumpy and did not even smile when I greeted him with a good morning and a friendly smile. I put $30 on my ATM card to pay for my gas this morning. When the pump finished at $27 and change, I went inside to get my change. The man said that I had to buy something worth my change and refused to give me my refund. I told him that I always got refunded if the gas was less than the initial charge. He said that that is not correct, questioned where that happens and refused to budge. He said it was my loss if I don't want to buy anything. I refused and told him that I will call the police. He got furious and threw the change at me and shouted at me telling me never to come back again. Oh I'll never come back for sure and will report his a*** Protect yourself by never going to this gas station. This man has major anger issues and will physically hurt someone one day if he hasn't done so already!

I've been to a lot of difference physical rehabs and this one is the top of the list from the social worker to the people who prepare food the nurses and nurse's aides are excellent friendly kind and nice the case managers really care and do their job excellent the food is so good and the doctor that work with me while I was there was caring understanding .I give this place a 9 out of10

This place i can,t explain how nice are the staff we really appriciated of Rachel Michelle Eliza sandy John and all staff they are angel they are very patient and kind and nice ,god bless them for us

I love this place! The staff is so warm and welcoming. Their rehab team is fantastic! A great choice if your loved one needs rehab.
