Really sad he took a " gone fishing vacation" for a week + but didnt post a sign on the door. Me and two other customers were waiting for 45 mins till I decided to call. Then we found out he was on vacation. Google posted that store was open. So we accepted that a thought he was coming in later. Other wise he is a very fair person to deal with.

This place is great, my wife took an old gold bracelet that wouldn't stay clasped. She knew it was gold and not plated, as that is what she buys. we couldn't find a kart stamp on the bracelet so we were not sure of the gold quality. The person working the shop had no problem taking the piece and testing it. When he returned he informed us that the bracelet was 18k and carefully explained what he offers for gold and gave us some alternative methods for maybe getting more for it. We understood his offer and took it. We felt was very good offer. It was a great transaction and we can highly recommend this business. We'll be back

I'm sorry to say, this place will take advantage of you if you don't know better. Learn all you can about the premiums that are typically charged before going here. He will rip you off, given the opportunity. He wanted more than $7 over spot for tarnished, cull, silver generic rounds!

Best place to go to get a fair offer for your item and treated respectfully. Brian was very helpful with the items we were looking to sell and even referred me to someone who might be interested in buying a ring I had. I highly recommend this trustworthy shop and if I have the need again I will definitely go back!

I stopped by the store yesterday, it was about 3:30pm , I noticed they close at 4pm but I was greeted with a smile and welcomed inside a secure gate. I was concerned that maybe I arrived too close to closing but was assured that I had plenty of time . I had some scrap gold as well as silver ounce coins to sell and the prices quoted were very good . I'm surprised it took me so long to do business with this store . The person i did business with is very knowledgeable about the market prices and I was confident that I was getting a fair price for gold and silver. I highly recommend this business if you need to sell your gold and silver , they also have beautiful jewelry for sale as well ! Looking foreword to doing business with them again !

In downtown San Francisco right now I tried multiple times to reach them by phone when they finally picked up they did not say hello they simply said hold. I held for several minutes only to have my call answered by an extremely rude individual. I asked him if their shop buys coins and he really answered stating - "that is what we do!" Then to my surprise upon further discussion I determined they were not interested in buying the coin that I have and I again asked if they buy coins and he said no they don't! Boy I thought going to them would serve as educational if nothing else but I am more confused than ever. I would not recommend wasting your time with this shop I have had much better luck just going online and doing the research myself. I was really surprised that they would be condescending to a potential customer.
