One of the best experiences I ever had . . The staff was very nice and professional! Especially my buddy Luis! He sold 3 cars for me and my family ! I recommend Luis ! He’s very professional and always helpful when it comes to selling a car and explains every detail .

Shopper BEWARE! Absolutely horrendous experience will never be forgotten. We saw the exact model we wanted on the lot so went in to test drive. The backseat belts were completely disconnected from the car and just lying flat inside. The plastic console was also missing where the female ends of the seatbelts connect. The dealer that came out to show us the car said oh wow we didn’t notice that but we will definitely fix it we cant even sell it like this. We test drove it and decided we would come back with our kids to make sure car seats work well once seatbelts are reconnected. We came back the next weekend and worked with Jorge on the deal whom we had text with that week to let us know the seatbelts got fixed. The seat belts were connected but the plastic casing in the center console area was still missing and we were told that part was ordered to be replaced along with other stock items like jack and the tool kit to remove the roof that were both missing from the car. One of the dealers had mentioned they thought maybe it had been broken into and items stolen off the lot. They said these could be ordered and included in the car. We signed a contract that day with Joseph and paid a deposit with those missing items written clearly in the contract to be included, it took at least an hour or two. Three days later Jorge text and said those items had arrived and we could come pick up the car. We arrived with checkbook in hand, and when asked to make sure all those items were in the car they were not there. Jorge said let’s look inside the office maybe they are there or we can see what the order says. As we waited, Joseph came in and asked for the remaining balance of the cars purchase price. My husband told him yes that price is ok but Jorge is checking to make sure the parts are ordered since they aren’t in the car. Joseph shut his folders and walked away. Things escalated quickly as another salesman we didn't work with at all over the 3 visits came into the office all aggressively jacked up and began abusively yelling in an unsuccessful attempt to intimidate us into paying for the car without those items. This guy said the parts were never ordered and they had no plan to order them amongst other rude comments and walked out before we could respond. We explained to Jorge this is very confusing because the first salesman was the one that offered to replace the parts and then it was written in the contract. We had no idea this would be such a problem for them. They went back, pulled up the contract and said oh those items are in writing on the contract so we can order them, but by then the salesman that yelled at us, came back and started accosting us more about what a waste of time we're being and for the low cost of replacing those items he should suck the gas out of the tank they put in because they always sell cars on an empty tank. To think we would give them $40k after accosting a customer when they are the ones who decided to lie and not uphold the agreement is absolutely insane. They forfeited thier own contract and lied several times to get us in wasting hours of our whole family's time with young children sitting there we signed all the contracts over 3 different visits. This was last Sunday. We were told the manager would be in on Tuesday and contact us to deal with the situation, but we never heard from anyone. They don’t care. We already found the same car we wanted and purchased on Carvana for a better price with no BS- highly recommend! We tried to keep such a large amount of money in the local economy and support a business but this place was too unprofessional and unfriendly.
The response from the owner is a joke. We filled out dozens of contracts to purchase the car. They have all our contact information and neglected to follow up with with us. Why on earth would it be on us to reach out to them again after the way we were treated?

Not enough people take time to post a positive experience when they get one.
I started talking to Armando in sales last week, looking for a new jeep gladiator with a spec in mind. I test drove a vehicle that matched my spec mostly Friday evening and brought my wife and two children Saturday morning. Armando and the team backing him listened to my concerns and knowledgeably answered my questions. I had these things researched inside and out and Armando kept pace. I was buying cash and your experience might be different if you are financing, but I have to say, it took only about 30 mins to have the deal completed. Ultra smooth. The document/finance leader was super knowledgeable and efficient. Didn’t try to upsell any BS.
All around , if all dealers gave us this type of experience, it would be a 5 start buying world.
Thanks folks, keep up the good work, and you will have repeat customers.

STAY AWAY!!! They want nothing from you but your money! And even that took forever! I contacted them back in August 2023 to purchase a 2023 RAM 1500 Rebel. I was ready to even pay MSRP. This was a cash out buy. No financing, nothing. Bought and paid for. Yet they still quoted me $6000 over and above the MSRP! Times are hard for everyone. But adding 6 grand onto an expensive truck already was money grubbing on a whole new level. They delayed me a week trying to get that extra $6000 which caused me to have to arrange for funding again. Then we were told, OK. MSRP will be the price. As I stated, I had to rearrange finances again to cover the total cost of the vehicle. Well, they now didn't want to wait to sell it. To the point where they told us we could just take the truck and pay them in 3 days with a bank transfer. But as a protection for them, they asked my wife and I to sign finance papers but they WOULD NOT BE FILED! They told us that they would NOT RUN A CREDIT REPORT! They did. On both of us!!! Now, my cash deal, which should have been an easy transfer of funds to the dealer would cost us even more in a random credit check, the registration showing a lienholder and a delayed title as they had to refile showing that there was never a lienholder on the truck. I would suggest staying away from this dealer! We had previously purchased several vehicles from them. But this trip was not any of them. Even the salesman that was actually trying to help me, quit right after this. Enough said, right there. So SC RAM has LOST A LONG TIME customer and they don't seem to care. Ah well. I now have a beautiful truck that I love and SC RAM will NEVER see it again! They just tossed another unhappy customer over to Watsonville RAM. 20 miles is nothing to drive to avoid the stress of these folks at Santa Cruz Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM!!!

My car had over heating issues, so I went in looking for car services. A gentleman named Luis Flores helped me fix this issue. He was VERY polite & professional! He had my car fixed in no time. 10/10 recommend!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Leased a 2021 rubicon, the thing overheated 6 times while on the highway. Took it in 3 times each time they could not replicate the problem, this last time we took it in to Santa Cruz jeep. We asked for them to check out the problem and also an oil change. They kept the car for 4 days. 4 days without transportation. We picked up the car not only was it still overheating but the check engine light also came on and the heater stopped working. We called jeep and Mark, the service manager refused to assist us anymore. Stating “this was a private dealership and he did not take requests”, after asking for a loaner car. Never again, dodge, Chrysler and jeep are a sure waste of money, and their customer service is the worst.Mark at Santa Cruz jeep needs to be replaced

Terrible customer service all around. They said I was approved for a loan when in reality I hadn't been (it was 6pm on a Thursday & banks were closed). They kept telling me to drive the car off the lot without payment. Very sketchy. I like my car but the staff is very off

This review is meant for Santa Cruz Volkswagen (not Chrysler). We went to purchase a VW we found on their website, listed at $20,495. Upon arrival, the car had a higher price posted on the window of $20,995. We went inside and Charlie tells us that the website info is 'old', and to send him a screenshot (of their website)! We asked they honor the website price and he then tells us the car is actually $21,995. Within 15 minutes, we had 3 different price points from these guys for the same car! Charlie rudely said he'd "do us a favor" and give us the price posted on their website and "I won't give you a dollar less. You don't have to buy the car" and went back to his office. We wanted the car, it was a good value, and proceeded with the process. They finally tell us and "you are approved" (high credit score btw), then they said she wasn't approved about an hour later and to come back tomorrow. It's now dark, she is calling for a ride home since we had long left, and the employees of this place started to leave for the night. Day two they call, she's approved again suddenly. We agreed on terms and then was told they'd honor the terms only if we purchased an expensive warranty to bring the loan rate back to what was first offered. Bait and switch at every move here. I've purchased many cars in my life, and this was the most unprofessional bunch I've ever dealt with. Run, run very fast from this place.T

Worst dealer ever. I bought a new truck from them and would never do business there again. Sleazy service advisers being pervy around another guys teenage daughter and talking about her in a sexual way in front of me, totally inept service department couldn't tighten the oil drain plug causing oil all over my driveway, couldn't fix a heating issue after three visits, and another dealer fixed it first try. Just worthless in every way.

I have had pretty bad luck with Dodge service. We have done all services through South Bay Dodge dealership and never had a great experience (half the places I could never get on the phone, even when my run flat failed on the freeway). I scheduled my appointment with Santa Cruz and ended up working with Mark. Everyone we met was friendly, efficient, fast service, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for service and will be taking both Dodge cars here from now on and hopefully continuing to work with Mark or Luis (or originally planned advisor)! If you want to be treated well, have a responsive service advisor team and efficient and great service on your vehicle - come here!!
