So this is my first time purchasing a Santa Cruz and I’ve had nothing but issues with the frame horrible customer service.. I’m sorry but I’m fed up every time I try to get help I get a bunch of excuses as to why I received a horrible built frame and they’re giving me a very hard time. I would like to speak with the owner before Ifile like complaint.. hope someone reaches out to me soon thanks

I started my biking adventure on a 2015 Santa Cruz Bronson. Now 6 bikes later and almost 10 years later and all of them are Santa Cruz. I can't say enough about the customer service, the quality of the bikes and the warranty. I have only had 2 issues out of the 6 bikes that I have bought and they have taken care of me. I work hard to buy the things I like and to know you are covered by one of the best warranties and people in the industry is phenomenal.
Thank you everyone at Santa Cruz Bikes that makes it a no brainier to choose your products. I am not sponsored by them, and I have bought every bike based on knowing I'll be taken care of. I have all my friends and family on their bikes.

Called Santa Cruz for Tech assistance. Left message thinking I would probably get a call back in a week or so. To my amazement I was called within an hour! Reviewed my heckler's issue, tech said 90% chance it's my charger. Told me he (SantCruz) will send a new one out to me , 2 days later i received it!!! Plugged new charger to my bike, wella problem solved!! I thank you very much, EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the SUPERIOR level of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ive had other pedal assist bikes and never received good customer service nor where those bikes as dependable or comfortable and fun to ride as my Santa Cruz Heckler !! Love it !!!

Absolutely awesome there, the production in Santa Cruz California is right behind the sales room and several thousand kilometers away from Germany, the nice saleswoman simply starts speaking German, many Germans would probably come by there.
Of course I also bought a few gifts that, according to the woman, can only be bought there ??

Awesome company to buy from. Went in today with some issues I've been having and they were very helpful. Can't recommend buying a bike from a better business. (I got a 2024 XO AXS 29 Heckler)

I just bought a 2024 Santa Cruz Heckler. Had a lot of questions regarding battery, set-up etc. Their customer service is absolutely the BOMB. Cooper G was the one that I dealt with. He answered every single question that I had.I was asking questions even before I bought the bike and you can tell by the level of response how much they cared about their customers or potential customers.And when I did buy the bike the first line on his email to me was "First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate you choosing Santa Cruz for your new bike."This is my first Santa Cruz and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last. Now if they can only come out with the Heckler SL in full 29. ?

The bikes ride really well. Unfortunately, you can completely forget about the paint on my Hightower. After almost 3 years the paint is peeling off bit by bit ;-(The bikes are really too expensive for that.////////////////////////////////////////We then turn the 2 stars into 5!!!Got a new Hightower frame today under GUARANTEE ;-)Thank you very much for that!!!

Santa Cruz is beyond the best they are the FERRARI of the Bicycle world. First my VPP bearings were a little worn. My local bike shop Red Rock Cycle of Cedar City UT said Santa Cruz warranties the bearing for life. So my 5010 got free new bearings. Then I sent Santa Cruz Pictures of my 5010 frame showing the clear coat was bubbling and chipping off. Steven at Santa Cruz warranted the frame even know the frame paint was a few months out of warranty. Steven and Santa Cruz are truly one of kind. Thank you

My husband is an avid cyclist and has wanted to visit the SC factory for years. We happened to be in town and finally booked a tour! Landon was our guide and was a FANTASTIC host. It honestly exceeded our expectations and now I’m pretty sure a new bike is in my spouse’s future. All of the employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved it, highly recommend a visit here.

Chilled folks, I went for a visit when I was in the area and had a good chat. Looked at the bikes and mostly talked MTB with similarly minded people. I would have taken a bike for a ride but sadly I'm broken for a few months, but I enjoyed my visit, catching up with similarly minded people, thanks folks ;-)
