They are literal scam. Just after we bought a infant item, without leaving the store, they didn't want to change it to a bigger size. They lied later that they told us that the sale is final, which they didn't. They have a rude person as cashier who says those are the rules, acts as if they don't have authority and denies us to talk to somebody with authority. They are so rude to go to the level of 'i don't know what your baby has' for a hat that didn't leave the store.

Santa Cruz Bay Company is a souvenir shop in Santa Cruz located right on the pier. There are many shops around but this was the only shop that had reasonable prices. Well, I can’t exactly say that because the prices are crazy high but they did have a nice beach sweater on sale so I bought 2. The customer service was nice, the young lady was nice to give us more info of things to do.If you’ve never been walk further down the pier and watch the SEALS!!

Nice little souvenir shop. Not as large as the others on the wharf but a nice collection of things to bring home or give as gifts.

They do not except cash. Why? The only reason I can guess is they are to lazy to maintain the drawer. A little high priced but not bad for the area.
