I have been buying props from Renegade my entire juggling career, over 36 years!

4. Incredible, absolutely top flight customer service. Just the other day I was on a gig away from home and needed a rush order of some wick that I had left at home. Bob saw my order, gave me a call to check my time constraint, and made sure product was in my hands in time for the gig.
5. Renegade is always innovating. Renegade doesn't just sell product, they make some of the most innovative and high performing props in the world and they are always refining designs to keep up with the times.
If you want the best of the best, Renegade is the only place to call for juggling props. Period. End of story.

I have bought a total of eight SIL-X juggling balls from this place. They have a great selection of sizes and colors, at a very reasonable price. The customer service is great and the shipping speed exceeded my expectations.

About the customer service, I give five stars. I originally bought five juggling balls and one was defective. The plug in the end didn't fit right and it leaked liquid. Renegade sent me a replacement without asking for a return. I found that I could make the ball ugly but useable by replacing the plug with a Battle Ship TM piece in the hole.
I had six juggling balls at that point, and over the last 10 years they have taken serious abuse. They have been accidentally stepped on and take it just fine. I lost two of the juggling balls during a move (they didn't break I just lost them) and I ordered two replacements a few months ago. Same size, same weight, same excellent quality, and very nearly the same price!

Here to echo what others have said! I put in an order for 7 juggling balls and realized that one ball had an issue with the stiching. I called about an exchange and got a call back the next morning saying they'd send me a new one in the mail, no exchange necessary. Great product and excellent customer service!

Fantastic customer service! Emailed over the weekend and heard back first thing on Monday and Tom sent me a text with some pictures of the product I was interested in right away to help with my purchase. Super grateful for a juggling company with a personal touch on customer service still!

I was living in mainland China for four years and discovered the Kongzhu (Empty Bamboo). It’s popular with children, and you can find adults playing Kongzhu in the parks for morning exercise. Anyway, I got hooked and carried one with me everywhere. I brought a handful back so I could keep playing. Recently I was looking on Amazon for more Kongzhu, but they all looked like junk. I was lucky to find Renegade Juggling. I was surprised to see the great selection, and it was almost difficult to choose one because I wanted them all. Anyway, as I was used to playing with a fixed center, I chose the Korean made one. I’m very happy with it and the quality is great! The price is really competitive too! After ordering it, I had it within just a couple days. So if you are looking for a Chinese YoYo, I would really suggest staying away from the overpriced crap on Amazon and go straight to Renegade! Best selection and great customer service! I will be ordering more from them for sure! They include a cool sticker with your order as well! Cheers!

I’ve been ordering from Renegade Juggling for over 15 years and have always received the best juggling products and personalized service available. My most recent experience showed just how much they’ll go the extra mile for their customers. I was at a gig in Washington away from home and lost some equipment I needed for the show. I put my order in online in the evening with a note about needing to do a rush delivery and Bob called me the next morning to let me know my customized product was ready to ship and let me know my rush shipping options.
