This was one of my favorite stores to buy boots because they had not failed me, lately Redwing has too many problems with boots and the guarantees are not valid, according to the guarantees they are 1 year. I bought some boots in this store on January 16, 2024, 15 days of failure purchased, I returned to the store and explained to them that my boots were coming off the sole and water was getting in, the answer they gave me was that it was impossible for them to The water would get in since they had water protection and I should wear them when they were wet, (I haven't spent two days buying boots, I'm a union worker and I've always bought Redwings) I honestly won't buy anything from your store again since the guarantees are not Valid, the quality of the boots gets worse every day and the cost goes up. I hope that what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone because only construction workers will understand.

Great service, great boots. My first pair of black Iron Rangers still look new after a year of wearing them every other day. Got a pair of dark brown Blacksmiths to alternate with them. The leather is excellent, but takes a bit to break in. Well worth it... They just get more and more comfortable over time.

The salesman, Seth, was excellent. 100% he's a model employee and person. I came in 15 minutes away from closing time and I described what I was hoping to buy and he found me the right shoe in less than 5 minutes. I tried on 3 sizes and was out the door by 6:03. Seth was courteous and genial, and didn't mind being kept a little late. He even forwarded the work shoe voucher recipet to my employers at San Jose before I knew it was done. Quick, efficient, friendly... knowledgeable. Seth is highly promotable.

went in for some new laces when we spotted a belt at the counter that was priced high so we asked about why and what it was made out of, employee didn't really answer the question and instead said in a very passive aggressive tone "it's a heritage belt. It's also the same reason the boots are high priced, it's American made". employee attempted to show us other belts if we were interested because we were curious about the different materials and how they priced their leather, we decided to pass on purchasing a belt and before we left, the employee once again passive aggressively offered us a sticker and made sure to announce that it was free indicating that he thought we just couldn't afford anything in the store because we were asking about their pricing. not gonna lie, everytime I've ever been in this specific location the employees have either been rude or passive aggressive, I feel as if the employees are judging us, not once had a good experience in this store. It makes me very upset because my dad loves their boots because he does a lot of outdoor work but we can never go in there without walking out feeling awful.
