Love San Lorenzo lumber. Staff are helpful and, importantly, knowledgeable and friendly. Found exactly exactly what I was looking for without wandering aimlessly through a maze of aisles.

Always is a big word, but I always appreciate the great service I get from the employees at San Lorenzo Lumber downtown. The men in the lumber yard, Frank, David, and Al are always concerned about my projects, as well as milling the wood to my specifics. I'm sure every request receives the same care. Most of all, every employee I've dealt with made me feel like number one. I definitely get my dollar's worth at San Lorenzo Lumber.

Always great customer service from the awesome team atbthe downtown location! Dave went out of his way to help me find a unique tool needed for my project, and even offered to loan me a tool from his personal collection. Thank you very much for your help Dave!

We got doors here for a remodel. The showroom on 41st is good. Craig at River St. was very helpful in selecting our doors. When one of the doors became unavailable after a long wait, he was able to get us an alternative right away. Will use them again. Research and order your doors well in advance of when you will need them. Getting what you want can take longer but is worth the wait.

Good hardware and lumber store, contractor oriented but still good for us home owners. Better selection of tools than the big box stores. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Tom who went over and beyond in customer service to not only locate and find the product I needed but he took the time to call me back many days later to let me know it was in stock. Exceptional. Five stars!

Not the store it used to be. Used to be a place with great employees, good quality lumber, and fair prices. As ownership has changed, the lumber is too-often junk and prices aren't even close too competitors like Home Depot. Sometimes as much as 50% higher. Employees still seem to try, but there's more turnover.

Went in this store right before they close at 5 pm. I asked a male staff standing by the door where I could get a replacement part for my shower cartridge. He just took a peak at the part I held on my hand and pointed me to the door handles. There was a female cashier lead me to the right aisle and told me to ask the guy standing by the door because he knew more. So I went back there and ask him again. Having his back facing me all the time, he just simply told me I have to replace the whole cartridge without eyes contact and providing me more information. I felt like I'm ignored and treated like a person who popped in for restroom or food. To this guy standing by the door: for whatever seasons you don't respect your customers, you are gonna to be treated in the same way one day
