Took my old Mac to Pleasure Point Computers to have all data downloaded and wiped clean for its next life. The staff, Quist and Luigi, were both very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Only took a couple days to complete the job. When I picked up my new storage drive, I brought in all my old iphones/pads that have gathered over the years. They wiped all the data and prepared the devices for donation. Clutter, be gone! Very pleased with their service and highly recommend this team if you have any computer/electronics issues. 5 Stars!!!

This is the only place I'll take my computer. The first time I went there years ago there was nothing they could do to save my laptop but they managed get the important files off of it and only charged me for that instead of charging me for the attempted fix as well. Every time I've gone there they could have raked me over the coals when it came to payment but they're always fair. They understand that if you give great service at a reasonable price you'll earn customer loyalty.

I brought my Lenovo ThinkPad laptop in because it had slowed down recently. Luigi was super helpful. Performed a diagnostic on Monday and had my old hard drive cloned onto an SSD, installed and ready to go on Tuesday. My computer is running faster than it ever has. Will definitely be back again!

I thought at first that the services they had provided to me were excellent and I guess it was only because I finally was able to get my laptop back! The first two times it was due to a broken screen which could've been solved quickly by ordering a new one from Apple, but they took a month and half the first time then two months the second. Then my laptop would not turn on due to an orange soda spilling on the keyboard. The bill was being paid by a non profit I am associated with, they called them and told them (a week and a half later) that a ton of coffee was spilled on it!!! They said it was irreparable! Little did they know that I already had spoken to apple support and I should've just had it repaired there, but the non profit wanted to pay for it and now they do not have to nor do they need to keep giving these idiots anymore business! I do not even think they opened it up, because every tech I have spoken with says that you clean it first and to just leave it with any liquid visible if that was the case is very unprofessional! But to lie about it and even say my data would be irretrievable is completely demeaning and just bad business. I am writing to consumer affairs next so that documentation can exist in regards to the type of standards that are used in their business dealings.

Great response , Luigi understood my issues with my computer and mentioned the procedures they were going to do in order to diagnose my problem. Dropped off my computer and within three hours he gave me a call and described what they did to solve the problem with my computer. Turn out to be a loose video card. Charged me only fifty dollars total.Would go back if I ever have any issues with my electronics.

I've been coming to these guys for years now and they have always treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I've taken Xbox's and PC's to them, and every time they diagnose the issue and and repair it. But what I really like about Luigi and his crew is they take the time to really explain to me (in a way I can understand) what the specific issue was and how they fixed it. They even take the time to demo how the problem has been repaired and how to avoid it in the future. Their prices are more than fair and I trust them to get the job done. There is NO SHOP that I would rather take my rigs to. If you need PC/gaming repair talk to these guys! Thanks boys.

Helped out for free! Something was stuck in the usb-c port of my wife's macbook air. They are so helpful that they didn't even charge me for a repair just removed the debry with tweezers. Very kind and helpful people. Also helpful on the phone.

Luigi immediately gave me a few pointers over the phone to debug some issues with Outlook I've been having. Emails weren't coming in on my desktop nor my phone. He immediately had a few suggestions for me to explore an invitation to schedule a debugging session if the problem persisted. I managed to fix most of the problems myself, but I know who to call if bugs crop up again. Thx Luigi!

Pleasure Point Computers has been my #1 choice for my personal laptop repairs for years. I came to Luigi with some malware problems, and he was able to help restore my laptop to working order. A different time, I accidentally broke the screen to pieces, and he was able to order and install a new one perfectly. Highly satisfied would recommend to friends and family.
