Stellar shopping experience for all the heady needs. Corey was SO helpful and had all the right answers to our questions. Moving back to Santa Cruz & making the first stop at Pipeline was an excellent choice for my wife & I. We got a warm welcome and a new piece to celebrate.

PipeLine carries an amazing selection of locally crafted glass pieces at great prices. Quality you dont see often in other smoke shops filled with mass produced crap from overseas. Do yourself a favor and pick up your next piece here for something truly awesome that you will love. The staff is super friendly and never made me feel like I didn't belong. Go see Uriah or any other team member for quality service! Never going anywhere else again for glass. Share something beautiful with your friends.

Super friendly staff. Easy to talk to. Knowledgeable about products and happy to answer questions, explain, etc. They take the stress out and create a relaxed shopping experience. A breath of fresh air compared to other shops. They do a good job of hiring folks with pleasant attitudes.
