Never rented from Penske before but will do so from this business from now on. :-) Better availability on trucks at the time we rented than other rental companies. Good easy-to-drive truck. Best was the straightforward, friendly service. The onsite mgr was able to lower my total slightly, and took the time to make sure our truck was in good shape and our trip went OK. Easy pickup and drop off too. Highly recommend!!

Penske Truck Rental at Locatelli Moving came through for us when the other rental companies didn't have anything available. My first time renting here but it won't be the last. Great, easy-to-drive, clean truck. Customer service from Sheila was fantastic. Straightforward, considerate, helpful. She helped me get the most value out of the rental and was genuinely concerned about how the truck drove, how our trip went, and so on. Will definitely rent from here again the next time we need a truck or van. Thank you Penske/Locatelli!

Penske saved the day! My mom reserved a Uhaul truck to drive from California to Seattle and when we went to the Uhaul sight to pick the truck up, the guy told us he dropped the ball and made the reservation for the wrong day. Needless to say, we did not have a truck and would have to drive to Hollister to get one. After talking to Uhaul corporate and realizing they really do not care about service at all, we called Penske! Thank goodness we did, not only was their service fantastic, so were their prices. Thank you Penske for saving the day and Uhaul needs take some lessons on customer service from your company!!

Reserved a truck online. Went in to pick it up but they didn't have the 12 foot truck that I reserved but they did have a 16 foot that Sheila ( I believe that was her name). She gave me a few discounts for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. She even let us return the truck the same day even though they were closed. I would absolutely recommend this rental. Great customer service and budget friendly prices!
