Even though I had to get the California Fair policy for my house insurance, Paul tried his best to find me the best secondary insurance policy at the best price. Every time I had questions, he answered them fast and politely. I highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

Paul Nelson's Agency had a quote for me the next day backed by an email detailing what we discussed. They bundled it with an umbrella policy which achieved better coverage than similar quotes from other agencies. Thorough expalation of the coverage coupled with quick execution.In five days I had new coverage and cancelled my other carrier.

Paul's service is flawless. Our business needs lots of insurance support and Paul gives us same-day return on everything we need which is unheard of. Like so many others on the Central Coast, specifically the Hwy. 68 corridor in Monterey County, we recently got a notice from our insurance company that they were cancelling our commercial building insurance because of the "fire hazard" risk. I called the broker we were using in So. Cal but she was unable to help us find another insurer, but advised I look for an agency closer to home. I looked up commercial building insurers and found Paul Nelson in Santa Cruz. Within two weeks he found a very reputable and reasonably priced insurance company that was willing to insure our commercial building near Ryan Ranch. We are an owner occupied business and it is a relief that Paul was able to find us coverage before the cancellation deadline. Thank you for your hard work and for the great communication throughout!
