Saw store’s
instagram post saying the sale started and drove all the way from South Bay to the store and noticed they are closed due to power outage. Then why are you posting on instagram misleading people? Saw at least 10 groups of people came and left. Totally wasting peoples time/gas driving here. This is not eco friendly at all

Very well pleased! Good variety of merchandise at good discounts. I always find it helpful to try sizing in store. Christian and Peti were around and available to answer any questions and help find merchandise!

I have shopped at the Patagonia Outlet in Santa Cruz at least once a year. They have many items on sale, some with deeper discounted prices. I usually come early in the morning, close to the opening time, to avoid the crowd. The store can be very busy after noon time. The cashier counter always has a line. But it is moving fast. The workers are super helpful and friendly. I wish their parking lot were bigger. A lot of parking spaces are for compact vehicles. It is very challenging for the driver if you have an oversized vehicle like I do!

I am beyond impressed with Patagonia. Their products last for ages. As an adventurous world traveler currently living in a treehouse, then heading to South America, I brought my beloved old but broken zippered jacket in & Patagonia gave me a replacement jacket! It's pretty cold up here in the trees and my jacket not only breathes, has inside pockets (yay) but keeps me warm. No wonder I've always been devoted to this brand. Thanks guys:))

I had a fantastic experience at the Patagonia store today, thanks to Christian, a sales associate who assisted me with an exchange. Christian made the entire process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. He was not only very helpful but also genuinely friendly throughout the exchange. I was able to get the correct size I needed without any trouble. His excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Christian!

Love this store! I’ve been coming to this particular Patagonia outlet for upwards of 15 years and they never fail to go above and beyond - always friendly, always fun, always taking great care of customers and each other. Side note, I appreciate watching the way the staff work together with playful, can do attitudes. This particular visit a fellow named Matt helped me out… I bought a down jacket that lost its loft and therefore its warmth prematurely for some reason (I pretty much live in Patagonia down coats and jackets and have had many over the years) he didn’t hesitate to take care of replacing it with the same jacket but new and with better performance. Really appreciate the continued quality of service and care that goes into every facet of Patagonias operations. Another reason why I continue to love and support this great company. Really appreciate you, Matt:) Thanks!!

Not one employee greeted us, acknowledged us, or helped us in any way over the course of the full hour we shopped here. And there were several employees, and not many customers. The discounts weren't much, making it not really worth the trip. There were very few options for an XS female, making it a further disappointment. The guy at checkout was somewhat nice, but he seemed on auto-pilot and talked more on his walkie-talkie to other employees than he did to us while we paid. We will probably not be back.
