My daughter signed me up and I am so grateful. I am 69 years old and finding new strength, balance and flexibility with the help of the kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers. It's just a great gym.

Paradigm sport is the absolute best! Every class provides a killer workout that leaves you feeling satisfied and motivated to keep coming back. Paradigm’s team is amazing and so friendly, everyone is like family. Also the locker rooms are lovely and always so clean. Highly recommend joining this gym.

Paradigm is magic and I couldn't live without it!
