Sign posted stated 30% off discounted at checkout. When checking out, I was informed the item on 30% are not discounted, and it was just what the sign stated. What a gimmick and false adversting with fraudulent behavior. They should not be allowed to conduct business.

Giving it two stars, there was no greeting when we walked in and the two young ladies at the register were too busy chit chatting and zero acknowledgement. Even when we were paying I had to grab their attention that I was ready to pay.

What a cool place. To our understanding this is one of the original O'Neill Surf Shop store in California. You can purchase O'Neill clothing just about anywhere, but if you want it to say Santa Cruz and Surf Shop this is one of few original stores in California to get your cool hoodie or surf clothing. Definitely cool place to get your favorite O'NEILL favorite clothing

I've been coming and spending ridiculous amounts of money in this store for years. The last 3 times I've been. Your employees are rude and act like we are bothering them. Never again. I will spend my money at another surf shop 2 minutes away. Rude little kids need some sales training or a slap in the face. Lost $500 in sales last night. Good job brats

Probably one of the better shops on the Boardwalk. Since they carry O'Neill, Vans and Quicksilver I don't mind the prices. Most of the other stores offer the generic type souvenirs that you can find in all of the shops but O'Neill has better quality items. Big selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, bathing suits, flip flops and hats. This is definitely one of our regular Boardwalk stops.

Was at the boardwalk in Santa Cruz and went into the O'Neill Surf Shop. Very friendly staff and helpful. Guided me to what I was looking for without hesitation. Bought a cool Santa Cruz shirt and the shop was clean and organised and had a great deal of merchandise to choose from. Actually the pricing was very competitive to other shops in the area so I didn't have to walk all around to find what I was looking for. If you're ever in the area you should check it out.

Kid named gavin was clearly stoned but added to the overall vibe of the boardwalk. Nicest man ever. I recommend him to all those daughters out there

Found some great tie-dye shirts here and nice swim suits. There are tons of summer beach clothes that you'd be hard pressed to find in just any mall. This shop is very cool and worth a visit if you're in the area. This is quintessential California Beachwear. My only compliant is that most of their clothes are for a younger teen to 20-something smallish sized person... very fit at least. Not really for a voluptuous person or someone who has put on the pounds. Their clothes are for younger beach bodies. If you're from out of the state or country, you should make a stop to find a great top or bikini to take home with you. I think their quality is very good even if their prices can be a little on the higher side.

They pump an incense in their stores that smells like marijuana. I am not even kidding. Both stores in SC had same smell - gave kids headaches. Employee said its a corporate scent - its a joke.
