I've been coming here for years. I love the selection and service has always been great. This last time was stellar, though. After years of wearing the same brand I was ready for a change but didn't know where to begin. Kat helped me find a pair that is perfect. They picked the shoe out and now I think I have found my new favorite shoe!

This place engages in trickery to avoid honoring a sale. I was in July 9th and saw a pair of shoes I liked. They were on sale, 49.00 instead of 70.00. I decided to purchase them however the only pair they had was the pair that included the floor display which was faded from the sun and very obvious. The sales associate told me she could order a pair so I said yes and she charged my card. She told me they would be in August 15. FF to August 15, they never called. I go in to find the order was never placed and they tried to give me the same discolored pair. This sales associate told me that she could reorder them. She pulled up the website to the shoe company and told me that the company was out of my size and that she'd have to refund my money. I took the refund and went home to find that the company has plenty in my size for 70.00. Old School Shoes probably didn't want to sell me a pair of shoes that they may of had to pay full price for. After buying here often to support local businesses, I won't be back because of this. They took my money and never placed an order for a new pair. Why make me wait a month and a half for an order you were never going to place?

went in a couple weeks ago and they unfortunately didn't have my size of the new balances i wanted, but when i went back last week, Kat helped me find them in a half a size up which ended up fitting perfectly. thank you! :)

Great selection of sneakers, sandals and tennis shoes, doc martin's. I came with 20 mins til closing and needs a pair of shoes for the next day. Cat was amazing she helped with all the sizing and lacing and very helpful and really kind. Walked away with 2 pairs! Thanks!

The clothes are a great material, super soft. And I love the graphics! Wide variety of shoes, I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for and left with a few pairs. Jose helped me pick the right size laces for my old converse. The staff was super helpful. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a pair of white Vans and no one within 50 miles had any, and I needed them quickly. They had them in stock, set them aside for me to pick up later in the day and the transaction was super smooth. Will definitely be going back!
