There are usually a group of items on a sale rack outside with some pretty good discounts. Sometimes you see the same items on the rack if you return after a few weeks. The store is convenient to go to when you are at the beach, and they have a nice selection of different brands of clothing, with many different choices--shirts,hoodies and more--that say Santa Cruz on them ( the city, not the company). A lot of the designs are really attractive. The sales staff is considerate enough to remind you that sale items are final sale. Overall a pleasant place to shop.

Bought a Noland’s t-shirt. When I went to wear it, I noticed that the stitching on the back of the collar was coming out. Took it back the following morning. The girls at the counter told me to go and get another shirt. When looked, every shirt had the same stitching issue. I then brought it to their attention and they told me I could not get my money back, I could only get a gift card. This is not ok. The tags were still on, and it was never worn. Very poor business practice. They also did not pull the other defective merchandise from the racks, even though I pointed it out to them. The problem with this practice is that most people will be back at their home towns before the defect will be seen.

Great place to visit and shop for your loved ones...it was my daughters Birthday and they gave her a big sticker too....very reasonable prices too....most of the time store location like this one is priced high....this location is not, very competitive pricing.

This establishment is packed with so much stuff it's difficult to move around. The staff were very rude, chatting about customers together by the register and unhelpful. I purchased apparel elsewhere.

Good place for souvenirs and they have a big selection of clothing, swimwear, beach towels, hats, and shoes.

Better clothes and plenty of sizes were in stock here. Great customer service here than the boardroom. It's worth a stop here to go check out the pier. So many things to see and do
