I have come here several times and I usually have a good experience, but this time was different. The technician seemed bothered by my being there. I think it might have been because I chose a simple mani/pedi and not the more expensive option. She gave me the most minimal service possible. Hardly any massaging and truly seemed that I was wasting her time. Then when I gave her a 15% tip (because she certainly did not earn a 20% tip) she seemed very irritated. Newsflash: You have to EARN a tip. It is not a given! I am hoping the manager will explain this to the nail technicians. It is unfortunate because I probably won't be returning to this establishment.

An older woman did my nails (unfortunately I did not get her name) and she did a fabulous job! I got a gel manicure. She was skilled, very gentle when filing, and the overall experience was very peaceful. Plus, I love the color! Thank you!

I have been going to this salon for years and today was not so good. The pedicure was rushed, I felt like I was an inconvenience to the manicurist. She was rough and quick. I paid 70 for not that great service. Was to have a 20 minute massage and I would say it was maybe 10 minutes
Not sure I will be going back ?

Came in for a gel removal. They went really heavy on the dremel for one hand and went way too deep into my nails, then rushed through the other hand and didn’t get all the polish off. Would not go back. Will take at least a month for my nails to grow back and recover.

I got a french manicure here and it was gorgeous. i've gotten my nails done many times and this was by far the best shape nails i've ever had. i know a lot of nail artists struggling with perfecting and getting the shape down, but my nails were so beautifully shaped and painted. it wasn't overly expensive at all either and all the staff were very nice and attentive. lots of colors to choose from and a very clean place. this place deserves more hype!

David at Nails Club is The Best.He has always taken me as a last minute walk in. He does my Gel Manicures flawlessly; and he does it in about 20 minutes to half hour. The prices there for all of the different services are incredibly reasonable. I won't go anywhere else as long as David is there.

Got a full set To long and not the shape I asked for fine I'll paint at home no art They put the tips on at an upward angle then drilled my real nails out under because it was not glued to my nail I asked about all the chunks of acrylic at the corners under my nails and at the corners He said it was glue and then used an way to corse emery board to file it and cut me I paid $50 I should not have to tell you my hand hurt and I will have to take these off as they are painful This is the only nice thing I do for myself I do not want to watch you do the least you can get away with Lazy

I usually love coming here to get my acrylic done but recently, i came to take them off which i never really do because i get anxiety and usually bite them off. however, this time i wanted to take them off the safe and proper way (which has always in my experience been with a soak in acetone) so that i didn’t damage my nails because i wanted just a regular set of gel after and i didn’t want them to get ripped off my the acrylic. After coming and telling them what i wanted, the lady sat me down and without warning just started ripping them off and damaged them pretty bad while some of the grown out nails came off with it and one of them is down to the stub (it hurt so bad). Then I told the lady that i didn’t want gel anymore and idk if she didn’t understand but she kept insisting until another lady told her to stop. THEN she charges me 25$ when all she did was pull off my nails ??? I could have literally done that at home myself for free and more gentle than she did. This place does good acrylic and i’ve never had the lady that I just had so I would say to just be careful who you get (Terry is really good) and don’t let them tell you what you want.

Overall, I had a great experience with a pedi. The salon was able to get me in with no appointment on a Friday, which was great as I was visiting from out of town. The technician was attentive and thorough and I felt she provided quality service. I noticed there were no hot stones although it was included on the menu. Also, I asked for a trim on nails and cuticle but no polish/no full manicure and I was still charged for a manicure. It was the most basic charge but still, I felt $20 was a bit much for what I asked for and I was paying for the most thorough pedicure on the menu as well. Regardless I would use their services again. Try them out!

I've been going to the nail club for at least five years and I've always been impressed even though I'm not a regular and I usually only go once every two or three months they always remember me and are quick to seat me in the pedicure chair and get my hot water going so I can soak while I'm waiting for them to get set up. They are so kind and so good. I always get gel on my toes and they are very clean hygienic and professional and then my manicure. I usually just do a buff shiny and they do a great job with my cuticles so that I don't get any hangnails. I've always been super happy with them recently they got new massage chairs and they are great. I love my hour there every couple of months and would recommend them to anybody. Diane is my favorite tech.

Went in for a gel mani pedi, and left with great nails, clean feet and I even got my eyebrows and legs waxed, I was wedding ready in 2 hours! It was not to bad around $140 for everything which was to be expected, and they were so nice and let me charge my phone too. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! My friend and I got a full set of acrylics, she got a beautiful pink iridescent powder and i got french tips. The service was great and the price even better considering being UC students. The powder on the acrylic they use is higher quality too and looks real. Would go again!!
