Professional, helpful and kind. Frank helped us get a booklet out super last minute and it turned out perfect. (He also talked me through how to export it from the indesign document over the phone which I couldn’t figure out on my own.) These guys were great to work with! I had greeting cards made from my artwork and they helped me with my many proofs so that we got it just right! Placed my order and it was ready in a couple of business days! Received my order in a pretty, shrink-wrapped, compact bundle and the quality was outstanding. The price was right!! These folks are A-mazing! We did not have all our ducks in a row and they were very patient with us, but still got the print job done in great time. We printed vinyl stickers, posters and postcards that came out fantastic. I never knew they were located right behind Patagonia until our graphic artist mentioned them. Support our local businesses, especially when they do great work!

Our company has had many different services performed by Mpress Digital Printing and everything has been top notch. Their designer came up with a great logo for us and the products are top quality. Never managed to complete an order. The sales-person on the phone wanted crop-marks on the print. That's fair but he couldn't tell me exactly what crop-marks are, if they required any particular sizing or distance from the print or anything. We spent 6 minutes going back and forth until I gave up.

Peter and his great staff have saved me a number of times. They do excellent work and are able to handle my short-deadline print emergencies. I wouldn't take my printing and poster business anywhere else.

I have used this service many times over the past 5 years. The staff is always pleasant, the printing is done promptly, and at times they have discovered errors in my order for which they contacted me before printing. Happy to have migrated from Staples.

Worst printing company I've ever dealt with by far. To say they are unprofessional would be an understatement. They misspelled the word 'California' on a print of over 400 brochures and then refused to refund it. They lack basic spelling/editing skills, in addition to having terrible attitudes. Not good people. Seriously these clowns have no respect for their customers and don't deserve your money. Literally any other company in town would be better. Don't risk your business's reputation by doing business with these shady people. I would give them 0 stars if It was an option.

The entire team at Mpress has an excellent attitude, especially Frank. They are all very customer oriented and professional. This team always hits its deadlines with perfect results. In my 30 years of buying printing, Mpress is the best.
