Mission Floors did an excellent job replace the floor coverings on our small rental unit. My only issue was the lack of communication, and very limited store hours.

Mission Floors did a great job, both providing an excellent red oak engineered flooring product, as well as installing the floors in two houses. From checking the architect plans for the quantity needed, to coordinating timing for delivery and install, the company was efficient and on top of every step. When we found the trim kits for the doors was a lighter shade of oak, the installer, Oscar, made a special trip to Stockton to match the floors and installed the trim right away. They look great! After visiting multiple stores we decided to purchase our floor material through Mission Floors. Unfortunately, the warehouse when sending out the order sent the wrong stair nosing and did not have in stock what we had requested. Bonnie and her installer Emiliano worked with us for a resolution to our problem. Emiliano did a fabulous job at taking overlap stair nose and making it flush. We are extremely happy with our finished project as well as their kindness and professionalism.

Bonnie is a gem! She is obviously very busy, and my job was not very big, but she always has such as can-do attitude. She even recommended the flush mount heater vents for my new hardwood floors being installed by someone else! And then she tracked down the Cheetah print stair runner carpet that I am replacing. Five stars for sure!

Bonnie and her team installed a LVP floor in my kitchen remodel. They were professional and did quality work. When a flaw was discovered, they came out, evaluated and repaired, no problem.

Mission Floors are the best! They have a wide range of products covering the full spectrum of price points. We have used them four times now and they have always been great to work with and do an impeccable job - we wouldn't be repeat (and repeat...and repeat) customers if they did anything less! We have used them for smaller patch jobs where they had to match old hardwood, to large whole house projects. They are our go to, no matter what job. Highly recommended.

Not impressed. There is no parking and no one knowledgeable person to aid us very well. I pointed at a material and was told based on my appearance I guess that that material was too expensive for me. The middle age blond lady was probably right, but did she have an X ray vision into my bank account?

I spent a couple of months picking a contractor to put about 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring in my house, including 50 stairs. I found three I liked, all of whom seemed knowledgeable and carried a variety of quality products, and whose estimates were similar. Mission stood out in also being very prompt with a can-do attitude. Bonnie was very generous with her time and expertise. When I first contacted her about an estimate, I mentioned that I wanted to get rid of the carpet in the house ASAP because of moisture and allergy issues. She arranged for an installer with some free time to strip all the carpet the very next day. Eventually I got interested in a Cali Bamboo product I'd seen on line that Mission didn't regularly carry. Bonnie arranged to get me samples within a few days, and after I'd seen it in the house, I ordered it. The install crew did a careful, first-rate job. The house had rotten chip-board underlayment that they insisted on removing prior to leveling and installing the new underlayment. The job took longer than they expected, but they never cut corners with the craftsmanship. I've had the floors in for about 10 months now, and I'm completely happy.

I was referred to Mission Floors by my contractor. I found Bonnie to be very helpful and an excellent customer service person. She was very quick to respond to me, and came out to measure my house on short notice. Bonnie also took her time with me in the store to ensure I could see everything that was available, and ask questions. Her quote was prompt and she was willing to work on a tight timeline.

We bought our engineered wood flooring for our home at Mission Floors to have installed by our own installer. Bonnie showed us various options and provided samples to checkout. She gave helpful tips such as making sure the wood acclimated in our home before installation to ensure a successful install. She matched the price of another store and held the order in the store until our home was ready.

Let me just say how much I love my floor!!!! After having trouble, much, much trouble with Flooring America whereby I had to get my money back because they did a horrific installation job, I came to Mission Floors. They were prompt, always returned my calls, and their installers did a fabulous job installing my vinyl kitchen floor. Because the previous installation was so bad, they had a lot of work to do and I was worried because of my bad experience with Flooring America. Bonnie assured me and told me her installers were wonderful and she was absolutely right!!! They are busy so be patient because it is well worth the wait!!!!! Thanks Bonnie and the fabulous installers!!!!!!
