Bonnie is a gem! She is obviously very busy, and my job was not very big, but she always has such as can-do attitude. She even recommended the flush mount heater vents for my new hardwood floors being installed by someone else! And then she tracked down the Cheetah print stair runner carpet that I am replacing. Five stars...
