There are not enough words or great things I can say about working with Mike, so I’ll keep it as simple as possible. The moment we began working with Mike he was transparent, truthful, helpful, and diligent in his process to help us buy a home. He was there to show us any home we asked to see. Always on time and ready to provide details. His patience was impeccable. When we finally decided on a home, he was on it making sure we got what we were looking for and well taken care of. Mike made the process of buying our first home as least daunting as could be that I can't even say it was daunting. Mike and his team were awesome to work with. We were selling property that had been in the family for several generations, and there were several co-owners, most of whom live out of the area. We really appreciated Mike's patience, expertise, good advice, and careful attention to our needs and wishes. Through his extensive network of experts he was able to help us through some complicated issues. His team set up and attended all of the inspections for us, which saved us many hours of travel time. Mike exceeded our expectations in the sell of our home in Santa Clara County in many ways. Perseverance, Diligence, Adaptability, and more Perseverance.We interviewed several realtors and Mike was by far the best fit for us. He was kind and respectful from the very start. He helped us sell our family home in the Santa Cruz Mountains where our mom lived for 51 years. We had many challenges, but he kept encouraging us with new ideas to close the deal. He definitely knows the Santa Cruz real estate business, has great resources, and was EXTREMELY patient with the hurdles our property presented to the sales process.
