On 6/13/24 I contacted this metro pcs store around 11am this morning. The representative who answered the phone spoke so quickly and unclearly, that I could not understand her. She mentioned her name but that again was too quick. I said "I'm sorry. I did not catch your name. Can you please repeat that?" Keep in mind that I was extremely polite when I requested her name. I asked her again very politely, "I'm sorry I did not catch your name. Can you please repeat it?" She didn't answer. I then decided to go ahead and ask her the question about the phone that I noticed on the Metro PCS website. I asked if they had any (moto g power 5G -2024) cell phones in stock. She indicated that they did. I explained to her the that the online price for the moto g power was $199.99. I then asked if the phone was the same price in the store? She said (NO) it would be $250.00 I asked if she could explain why there was such a big price variance from the online price. She hung up! I'm guessing this is an authorized independent dealer for Metro PCS. Without a doubt, the lady who answered the phone this morning was so extremely rude & inconsiderate. If a representative of a particular establishment, such as this one does not have the knowledge to answer questions when asked, why then is she working here? And on top of that being rude to a customer!! just totally unacceptable!! I decided to call Metro Pcs and complain about how rude she was on this date. Included was the address of the store here in Santa Cruz.
The Metro PCS customer service representative suggested that I take my business to a different Metro PCS dealer. She apologized for my experience and informed me that my complaint was going to be escalated, to upper management.

Payed 480 for a 140$ Nokia phone and 3 Bluetooth speakers, predatory commission based behavior, good for getting ripped off
Metro also has terrible signal get mint or cricket instead, phone already crashes CPU and GPU are trash android 13 too heavy of a os for it.

Standing outside the Metro T-Mobile store on water Street after a Twilight zone incident inside the store where both workers and I'm assuming are being paid to try and sell me something refused to sell me anything or answer any of my questions other than that deal is not going on anymore and that sign is old is the goal is to meet a quote of how many customers you can make feel rejected unworthy I guess of their time and sales pitch I don't know I'm worthy of their time in sales pitch I don't know I don't know if it was a racing I have no idea all I know is that these girls will give me one look and decided she's not worth the breath of trying to tell you or even allowing her to buy something it was the strangest thing I've ever experienced and I took time out of my day to come down here with the gold to get a phone and I'm leaving not only without a phone but with a taste of disgust andanger at what corporate or any manager or anybody with any kind of sense allows their employees to do wall people enter their store with the goal of purchasing something and being informed about purchases so they can make that purchase waste of my time left your feeling that these two freaking recen I know there's a lot of errors here but I'm so angry I can't even focus but these girls work the afternoon shift on super bowl Sunday smoke in Spanish played on their phones and ignored me so I just wanted to get management incorporate a big thumbs up on your training of these two girls thanks for wasting my time and I was literally trying to switch from another company but they didn't maybe they don't speak English I don't know but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth of a Metro and I would never ever use this company again

I'm so bummed. Metro walk in customer service used to be so good and never felt deceptive. Recently however, I brought my metro phone in bec of slow performance. I told the girl it seemed like it was running out of data, and I was confused bec I had unlimited data plan. She said bec of my plan, it could NOT be data and told me that if I bought more memory it would run better. I purchased a memory card=zero improvement. I found out later that many "unlimited data" plans DO have data caps that slow phones down after you use a certain amount on a billing cycle. Then the girl told me I qualified for a free Nokia tablet. I'm feeling burned from the memory rip off so I say sure, why not. Upon checkout I notice lijev50 extra dollars on my bill! She says, "oh, that's the activation fee for the tablet." She also did not inform me there wasxanother line added at 15 dollars for the notebook. I called the water street metro and spoke with the manager. I told her what happened and she backed up the girl's story that it could not have been my data bec of my unlimited plan. Really? A cell store manager who dies not know metro has data caps on unlimited plans? When I complained about the charge for the notebook setup I was told well, the notebook itself was free...NOT. free means I don't pay anything to get it! Sick of stores manipulating the English language to trick customers.

No employees were there... But the store was open.. I see the review from the manager and now I've given you guys numerous chances and spoken to customer service, I'm pretty much tired of having absolutely no customer service through Metro.

I went for a plan and they sell you some discounted chargers that are supposed to come with the plan and it turns out that you are going to return the charger the same day and there are no returns
